If I could give them a "0" I would. We took our vehicle in for service on a early Monday morning. We were told it would be 2-3 days to fix. Wednesday comes and no information. We call them. They had not even looked at it yet. Was told they work on first come, first serve basis, not appointments. That there was at least 5 cars that were ahead of ours on Monday and that there was still 2 in front of us. This is for a 5 bay service center. I told them that they still had our vehicle to keep it for now. No mention was made to pick it up. After the phone conversation we decided to take our business elsewhere and made an appointment with the other business. Within an hour, we went to find our vehicle out front of the service office, window open, keys in it and RUNNING! We proceeded to take our vehicle back home. Within 15 minutes we did contact the local police department on the situation. Another 30 minutes passes, we get a message from the serivce department if we had picked up our car. That they were just in the middle of getting ready to be looked at. If not, it was going to be reported stolen. The office was called and told of the situation. NEVER USE THIS PLACE FOR SERIVCE WORK! GO ELSEWHERE. Their lack of being concerned for customer happiness, lack of being prompt with service and then with the lack of security for your vehicle, makes this place the WORST PLACE TO HAVE SERVICE DONE!
