Went in to get my battery checked and it was fast and everything was explained to me! No battery needed but Pablo saw my wipers were in bad shape. Suggested new blades and even installed them for me. Great service! Honest folks that are looking to help you out!

I bought a new battery there and they replaced it for me. I went back the next week and had bought a tail light assembly and they changed it for me. Story employees were so very helpful and nice.

My fan belt broke yesterday, stopped at AutoZone in San Benito 550 sam Houston, bought new serpentine belt had trouble installing it tensioner had a lot of pressure kept going into store to ask if they had anything to help me, manager had no clue of what they had to offer, I was asking for a cheater bar,or something else,after over 2 hours of being stranded their my wife's daughter called another auto zone from Harlingen,they told us about a serpentine tool they had, manager at store we were at had no clue they had that tool, needless to say, we rented tool put on belt and were on our way but waisted over 2- 1/2 hours their cause manager was ignorant,
