Number One for Worst Customer Service. Stood at the Pickup Window 15 minutes, no other customers, before being acknowledged and a voice shouted out "be with you in a few minutes". If you like rude, arrogant service this is the place for you.

I since then wrote a review for Brookshires, particularly the produce dept mainly bc it was a great place to work, meet good people, gain professional work experience and learn life lessons. But, the store was struggling for great leadership in the Produce dept. It now has one of the best selection of produce and vegetables I've ever seen and had the pleasure of buying, of course . Great job on the produce and keep up the good work, guys.
