It’s been awhile since I’ve come back here but today I did and I wasted $12 and 25 minutes of my time. The card reader at the wash purchasing station does not work properly. To the guy who visibly saw me finish paying & decided that was the perfect time to abandon the drive in station- I don’t appreciate it. I hate complaining, man. But it would have taken you 3 minutes to just guide my tires into the car wash & turn the thing on. After 15 minutes I tried to call the main number because I felt awkward just sitting there and the line just rang into an empty void. Good to know that once 3 other cars showed up behind me, that was enough for someone to gain common sense on how to run a business because out of nowhere 3 whole employees came out to finally do something. Thank you to the guy who guided me so I can get my 2 minute mediocre car wash over with. I won’t be returning & whoever actually invests in a membership here- please CANCEL it. If yall don’t want to guide peoples tire into the entrance & push a few buttons then please for the love of the universe QUIT so someone else who wants to work can take your job. Yall goofy fr. Not to mention they always rush to the paying station to try to upsell you a membership or a package. Why would someone driving a crappy Honda civic want a WAX? Riddle me that. I don’t want this thing to shine my boy, it’s not a Ferrari. Do you get commission? I know yall hit the pen and just chill. You wouldn’t last a second at the wash tub.

It’s 12:37pm, August 31 and literally been waiting 15 mins for someone to come out. Car wash is outdated, I’d call and cancel my membership but no one answers the phone.

The is the ONLY thing that works at this location there is never been an attendant to prep the car before I go into the wash and no one around if the vacuum gives any problems. This Location needs to step up their game.

I have to come here multiple times per week because I never know if someone is going to be here or not. I pay for the membership because I like Zips in general and I like that they have multiple locations but this location is by far the worst. I think after this I’m going to have to travel to a different one. I don’t know who owns this one but you are loosing money with this service. It’s such a busy section with access to so many customers for it not to be ran well.

Staff is friendly and helpful! Sip (the manager I believe) was a gem and really customer service oriented! The only possible drawback was that there was a power outage at the time I drove up. Since I wasn’t able to get my car cleaned on the first time around, they gave a free wash for my next visit! 10/10 would recommend
