First time going here. I called to make sure they accepted walk-ins. Went in for a Pedi and a fill. The Pedi was great. Hannah did amazing at the massage. Took the time to get the polish on right. My new go to person pedis. My fill was done by another tech. She was friendly but I won't go back to get my nails done there. She had to redo the design a couple of times and still didn't come out as I wanted. But I was just ready to go at this point. Friendly staff. Clean establishment. They do offer alcoholic beverages.

My hubby ^david brought me here and I absolutely love how they came out!! I couldn’t figure out which pink I wanted so she brought and showed me 3 different ones and put examples of how they’d come out on nails! Definitely deserved that tip!! Thank you!!

The tech used the nail buffer to scrape off shellac nail polish on my hand, scratching my skin and resulting in an infection. Never returning to this place

Zen Nails is a phenomenal place to get your nails done. It’s the only place I’ll go in San Antonio.
The experience is perfect from start to finish. You’ll be greeted kindly as soon as you enter. The prices are clearly displayed and discussed before any service. You’ll be given a delicious beverage of your choice. And, of course, the actual manicure/pedicures are attentively executed with perfect attention to detail.
I can’t recommend Zen Nails more.

I went and got a manicure and it was the worst manicure I have ever been given at cuticles hanging on the end my nails, they weren’t cut even I doubt if I’ll ever go back lady was more important to notice what another girl was doing than her own work. Shabby job, Walmart Would probably have done better

Came here last minute after a long day. And while I had to wait 20 min, it was worth the wait. It's a small but clean and quaint place. The price for pedis are really good and the nail tech that took care of me was perfect at her job. Not a lot of talking and that was okay with me since I wanted some peace and serenity. The massage and hot towels were amazing. Absolutely coming again. See Kelly!

Meh. Not a great experience. I had to ask the tech to straighten nails and soften edges before she applied color. Then she kept adding liquid to the nail polish bottle versus just asking me to pick a different color or bottle. She applied 4 coats! No drying in between applications. My nails never dried and continued to smudge. Friends were excited to see my nails afterward and I was embarrassed to show them.

Zen nails is my go-to nail salon. While I no longer get the fake nails because I simply don't have the time every two - three weeks, I thoroughly enjoy their pedicures.
