I just bought a the perfect engagement ring and wedding band for my girlfriend and had the best support from Ernesto. I’ve done research but still relatively unfamiliar with the ring buying process. Ernesto was so informative and supportive to provide advice and guidance the entire way. He worked with me and my girlfriend and her family to find the perfect ring. I especially appreciated his help in informing me on the financing process. He has experiance of the industry, the ring buying process, and knowledge of his customers needs. He even gave me his phone number to message him for more questions - he responded to a text at 10pm. Great experience at zales.

I am writing this review to warn others about the terrible customer service at the Zales in La Cantera, specifically from an employee named Lauren.
My girlfriend and I came in to get a watch link added to my watch. I had even called ahead and was told by someone on the phone that because I had gotten it resized there just a couple months prior, this service would be free. This was the only reason we made the trip.
When we arrived, we were helped by Lauren. She immediately contradicted the phone call, stating it would be $25. While frustrating, I agreed because I needed it done. She then told me it would take about an hour, so we left and came back.
After wasting an entire hour of our time waiting, we returned to the store only for Lauren to tell us they couldn't do it after all. The most insulting part was that they made no attempt to call me to tell me they couldn't complete the service. They were perfectly content to let me waste my gas and my time driving back for absolutely nothing.
Lauren was dismissive and rude to both me and my girlfriend throughout the entire interaction, showing zero empathy for the massive inconvenience she and the store caused. The complete lack of communication and professionalism is astounding.

Had an amazing customer service experience with Ernesto! He went above and beyond for me today so I could purchase and wear my Bulova watch, out of the store, perfectly fitted for my birthday!! Thank you so much for all your help.

We had the best experience at Zales at La Cantera thanks to Janine! We went a few months back to get some ideas for an upgrade for our anniversary and she was amazing. So patient, so kind, and was not forceful. We decided to think about our decision. Went back a few weeks later and was so happy she was there again. She yet again went above and beyond for us to help find the dream ring. Thanks again!

Lauren and Ernesto are the reason i go out of my way to drive to this location. They have both personally, helped me find pieces for my wife and I many times throughout the years. This time it was a wedding band and a watch. I even encountered a couple of mishaps in the past but the way Ernesto has handled them is why i keep coming back. Cant say the same about their competitors. May god bless the staff at this location. They are truly experts in their field.
