Nice customer service from Lauren!!, she was genuinely humble and did not pressure me into buying anything , felt like a family member. She even gave me a better in- store deal than what I was going to buy on my Zales phone app. Keep up the good work Lauren and Zales.

Ernesto was amazing when helping me and my husband, we went in to get an office nice ring for him and we were met at the door with welcoming smiles and positive attitudes. Definitely recommend going to Zales at La Cantera for the amazing service and amazing prices. Hubby and I left happier than we could have imagined and they gave our 2yr old a ring-pop which he loved, so amazing family service overall.

Where to star, the moment my fiancé and I walked in we were greeted by Jamine and Evie. I told Jamine what the occasion was and what we were looking for and she guided us to the right selection. Never at any point did she try and push anything my wife and I didn’t want, nor try and sell us something more expensive.. Jamine and Evie treated us with nothing but respect and would definitely recommend if anyone is looking for any type of jewelry for any occasion I say definitely go check them out. Thank you again Jamine and Evie for treating us with such respect and we will definitely return..

I wanted give thanks to Janine at La Cantera Mall for being so helpful. I have an engagement/ wedding ring that was bought in 2012. At first it was a struggle finding my account since it has been so many years. She didn’t give up and searched for what seemed 30 minutes or so with the help of customer service over the phone. But she finally found it!!! I needed my ring repaired and am so thankful for her not just turning me away and taking the time to give great customer service!!

I am so thankful that Ernesto Cantu took the time to help me with my super special wedding ring that after 25 years finally broken. It wasn’t even a ring from Zales and he still took the time to help me order a new diamond and made sure I got my ring fixed just how it was 25 years ago! I can not say enough nice things! Thank you so much!

Very rude went in today right when they opened Hispanic lady didn’t catch her name but opened the door cracked open instead of opening the door to welcome my family with a stroller mentions oh the doors heavy are you coming in very rude wrong lady to have opening and selling jewelry I’ll take my business elsewhere

Walked in to pick up my rings from being serviced and there was a one day event with loose stones and settings. The staff at La Cantera Zales were very friendly and helpful with helping to pick out a new diamond and setting. The best part was I was able to pick up my new ring within a couple of hours of picking it out and finalizing my trade in. Special thanks to Eve and Ernesto for their help and patience.
