Went in to upgrade my wedding ring and had a vision in mind of exactly what I wanted. Jeanette was so so sweet and so patient when I tried on half the bands in the store 😂 I did look at other stores while at the mall and my interactions with Jeanette alone vs other store associates had me coming back to purchase the ring I did. She was so knowledgeable and it really felt like she was along for the ride with me trying to find the perfect ring. I love her even after spending less than an hour with her! Haha and my ring is soooo perfect!!
