I’ve been trying to learn to o crochet for the past week and the staff have been so helpful and answered my questions in a way I thoroughly understood. Today I went to exchange several rolls of yarn I purchased that ended up being a material very difficult to work with (the yarn I returned was unopened and unused, which is a requirement for returns or exchanges). It’s convenient being ‘in the system’ since it acts as your receipt.
Moses helped me today in so many ways! He was willing to go the extra mile to try to find an elusive hat pattern for me, explained different types of yarn and showed me some easy-to-work-with AND cost effective yarn options as a newbie. He even helped me figure out a stitch by taking me to his project and letting me show him what I meant by my question. If y’all want to learn, Yarnivore offers classes also.

Literally my favorite yarn shop ever. They are so knowledgeable and chill and happy to explain whatever you’re hung up on or help you work out a pattern. Shout out to Han and Wendy, they’re the best!

I was in the store about 20 minutes, they weren't busy, and nobody talked to me. The selection of arms available was very tempting. Then when I approached the counter and described what I wanted to knit they referred me to the internet rather than showing me yarns and needles that could help me get started. Very disappointed in the service I received. I would have loved to have bought some yarn and needles but just couldn't get myself to do it after the lack of help I received.

Yarnivour is so good that when they didn't have a product I was looking for, the second store I asked told me to ask Yarnivour. Excellent prices, the sweeeetest (2x the sweet) teachers I've ever had. The staff is fun, engaging, and are so insightful, I think they could finish my projects before I could imagine them!

Lots of choices of beautiful yarn and supplies at various price points. I was trying to match colors for a project and a young woman showed me all the possible choices and then suggested a cost effective solution to complete my project. There are many examples of projects in the store so you can see the yarn and get motivated. It's worth a trip for all yarn lovers!

Love this place for my new crochet hobby. There is so much yarn and so many whole books and patterns. The staff is super helpful and welcoming answering questions from a newbie. It's also nice to just go hang out on the couches and work on your project and talk to people who stop by. All in all a great place

One of the best yarn stores I have ever been to for selection. However, went yesterday and had the absolute worst customer service. Woman behind the counter was incredibly rude and dismissive and generally unwilling to help. May never return to this store which is a shame. Up until yesterday this has always been the go to place.
