Don’t care for worker. They want to take as much money from there hard working employees. Not telling you want going to happen up front and putting all the stress on you at the end while they just watch not caring that they can do better just want to stay the same not moving forward. ( if you looking at the reviews there obviously, a communication issue)

Do Not Work There. Waste Of Time, Management is Trash And They Don't Care About Their Workers.. Or If You Wanna Just Ride Around And Hide For Hours Wasting Time. They Like To Do That Aswell.

I applied for the Dirt foreman position back in 2021. I was excited and ready to offer my experience with the company. Unfortunately, there was a Tim Lewis (another dirt foreman) who heard I was gonna work there. He harassed and threatened me and my brother before I even was gonna work there. I didn’t show up for the first day due to him being employed there. I heard he got fired and I reapplied for the position on Friday (08-18-2023). I’m currently with Zachry Construction. Is it still possible to be considered?

Great place to start a career in construction,If you're interested in reading blueprints,Or interested in heavy machinery, this is the place to start, but you have to have a great work ethic and be willing to start at the bottom and move up from there...

They do not value their employees. Thats why they're always hiring. They hire too many convicts and drug users. I wasted 9 years there.

I had applied for a loader position and waited several days to test on the loader and the loader they had me test on was faulty and was going to be worked on that day the bucket was crooked and needed to be replaced but I still tested and did a great job according to the foreman and I was told they were going to hire me and when the hiring manager Daniel told me to go for orientation at 8 AM and I was there at 7:45 and he was late didn't show up till 8:15 just to be told that he was waiting for feedback from the foreman so I waited and he never called me so I called him and he told me he got different feedback clearly my experience speaks for itself I know what I'm doing and I showed them and I was told I would be getting hired right now especially during a pandemic gave me hope I still can't believe Daniel switched the script on me this was very unprofessional and a total waste of my time!

This company is trash. They are only out for the money and don't care about their employees. They steal money from their employees.

This experienced construction company busted a water line that caused my entire subdivision to not have water all day. I understand meeting deadlines and making money but your negligence and lack of communication affected my family and my wages. May our frustration help guide you in the future.

Yantis is doing repair work in my neighborhood (unfortunately they were also the original contractor from 13 years ago). They are just as unprofessional as Rausch Coleman Homes, the builder that they are currently working for. I've had to call the City of Elmendorf on them several times already for asinine decisions they have made. I've reached out to Yantis a couple of times but it's easier for them to ignore than to actually answer for their work.

Very bad employers to work for. They will not only have you sit home for weeks at a time so not to fire you they also see their crews as in disposable. No sense of security. Get ready to have them lie and steal from you if you work here.

Hello pretty much the same going on with me as the last 3-4 reviews I absolutely love/loved my job with Yantis pay was great hrs were great until covid of course, equipment was better than average forsure although I did start to question y we started switching machines more often then before but higher ups have theyre reasons is what I left it to.All around great company to work for but I the same as last three reviews feel I was wrongfully terminatedI worked for the company for two years and had only called in once volunteerd on holidays when no one else really wanted to capable of operating all machines the company had and the second time I had to call in I called into my blademan which I had done 1 other time and with other companies as wellBaseman said ok I had an accident earlier that week in a 2019 4x4 dodge ram and had to speak and meet with the adjusters to talk about the truck and the claim that was on a Friday and come Monday I was informed by a foreman that ive had problems with throughout my time at Yantis was informed I no longer worked for Yanfis any longer. Called everyone I knew at the company and talked with new hiring manager/hr rep and he told me sit tight he was going to try to get me back on with a crew cause he knew how that foreman could be and two weeks later I havent heard a word backSo thats my story and if I could change anything to get backin with a Damn good company I would cause withojt that steady check my family and I r kinda starting to struggle
