Another review about a scheduled delivery date missed and no communication to me about a delay whatsoever. Recommend always checking who your order ships through in advance and if it says CEVA or Xtreme Cartage find somewhere else to order.

I ordered the Lift Recliner thru HSN and the delivery was scheduled today but at 5 o’clock the delivery team calls me to say they cannot deliver it till tomorrow between 12 and five. I waited All day today moved furniture around a week ago. I got my back surgery done yesterday so I could make sure the lifter was here so I wouldn’t have to help my husband get up and down from the sofa. I’m very disappointed. That we have to wait Another day for the lifter to arrive and again we have to wait from 12 to 5. They said they put us priority. We’ll see how that goes so far this is not a good experience.

Owner very unprofessional my husband applied and he went to go do the drug test and he called him and asked did you go to the location to do a drug test before my husband said yes and hung up. What type of owner does that? Entitled old man!! Don’t even apply here!!!

Bad service from this company!!! I had to pick a star to get this review listed.
ordered a Lifesmart Power Lift & Recliner from HSN. It was to be a white glove delivery; assembled and plugged in! CEVA hired Xtreme Cartage, a local company to deliver on 7/3/24. Very bad customer service. The box was just dropped off. The drivers stated their job was just to drop off. When I called to advise that the paperwork stated assembly needed I was told NO! We signed it was delivered and they were not returning to set up! As I complained and told the receptionist I would cancel & have item picked up if this was not addressed, her response was go ahead and do what you need to do! I called CEVA to complain who expressed how sorry that this was not done and they would contact local company! I called HSN immediately also and complained! Because I really wanted to keep the recliner for my husband due to my husband’s back, I hired someone to set it up! Today I received a call from the Xtreme Cartage to give me white glove service, NO thank you! I don’t need your assistance!

Had a delivery yesterday with Xtreme Cartage. They were on time and knowledgeable. The ladies (Amber & Kim) in the office very professional and took my many calls with a welcoming attitude.

I don’t leave many reviews but I had a wonderful experience with them. The people were extremely helpful and were very attentive to what I needed. Especially Brandon who was very helpful on the phone. I would most certainly love to be in service with them again.

complaint! regarding the extremely poor service I have received from your company, Xtream Cartage. I had scheduled a delivery with your company, which was originally supposed to be completed on 5-20-2024. However, despite making all necessary arrangements and taking two days off work specifically for this delivery, I have faced significant delays and unprofessional conduct from your staff.
Initially, I spoke with an employee named Buddy, who assured me that my cargo would be loaded on Monday. Relying on this information, I planned my time accordingly. However, upon following up, I spoke with Kim, who informed me that the cargo was only just loaded today (05-21-24) and the driver is already running late. This inconsistency in information is not only misleading but has caused considerable inconvenience and frustration.
While Kim tried to be as helpful as she could, her approach was rather rude, and the only solution she offered was to reschedule the delivery. This suggestion completely disregards the fact that I have already sacrificed two days of my paid time off to accommodate your company's failure to fulfill its commitment. Waiting around my house until potentially 7 PM for a delivery that has already been delayed is unacceptable.
The lack of professionalism and reliability displayed by Xtream Cartage has resulted in a substantial loss of my paid time off and caused undue stress

Very rarely do I ever leave a poor review. I am a small business owner myself, so I understand that things don’t always go as planned. However, this situation really doesn’t sit right with me. I ordered a pool table 2 weeks ago to have for my husband’s 30th birthday party. The only available delivery date and timeslot was between 2 and 5 PM on April 4. At 3 PM on the delivery date, I received a phone call from this company stating that they would not be delivering the package and the next available date was on the 10th. Being that I ordered this for the party I am throwing on April 6, I went through the process of having a dock pick up authorized. I have an hour and 40 minute drive to this warehouse, but I did have a friend willing to go get it for me that lives in San Antonio. In total I probably spent 2 to 3 hours on the phone between calls and emails getting this authorized. When it was authorized the next morning, I got back in touch with the same guy I spoke with the day before. He told me that in order for my friend to pick it up, they needed a 20 minute heads up and he simply needed to have his ID ready. After he got there, we were then told that we had to wait on authorization for it to be released to him from a different company. There was a verbal altercation between my friend and the staff at the warehouse. Long story short, I do not have my package and have started the refund process. Interestingly enough, the same individual I spoke with ended up calling my husband later on. He was trying to schedule the delivery of a treadmill he ordered two months ago. My husband had forgotten about it, because back then when THAT delivery was delayed, we canceled it through Amazon. We had since purchased a different treadmill, which had been delivered by a different shipping company. The only reason I gave a two star versus one, is because the lady who I believe was a manager I spoke with at the end of all of this called me and explained to me things that should’ve been explained from the beginning, and did so in a very professional manner. Had I been informed of everything I should’ve been informed of from the get-go, there most likely wouldn’t have been an issue. Unfortunately, what one staff member had been telling me was completely different from what I was getting told later on.

Delivery not even attempted after twice coming to address. They say they get paid just to show up and do nothing. 0 review would be more appropriate for what I experienced. I took off my job twice to have nothing happen

It’s been a month and still haven’t received my package. I keep calling the office and each day they say it’s scheduled for delivery for that day and nothing arrives. No communication from the company or less I constantly call to get information but nothing changes.

I don't understand how businesses like these stay open, while others that actually care about their customers go out of business. My review is literally the same as all the others on here, because apparently they continually have the same problems for years on end, and don't care to fix them whatsoever. They're a subcontractor for CEVA, and I've scheduled my delivery online 3 times now, and every single time my delivery window comes around, I receive no call....and receive no delivery. The phone number listed goes straight to a filled voicemail. How the hell am I ever supposed to get my order delivered??!! This is ridiculous!

Poor service. Don't do what they say and then have the audacity to lie about it and cover it up.
