All I have to say is purely based on what this guy has shown me and that’s little to nothing plus he won’t send me back my $70 that I sent him for the stereos THAT NEVER GOT INSTALLED. On the day of install we waited and called and text and this dude never showed up!! Super unprofessional !!! Will not return my phone calls or text messages over money that should be returned to me. A thief doubt!! Buyers beware!!!

BEWARE!!! Two things I cannot stand, a liar and a thief. This guy Jesse Mills is both. He cannot install equipment. He did three components for me and all three of them were done incredibly poorly. I had to get all three redone by a professional costing me extra money. He told me he was coming back out to fix his faults and he was a no-show and then he just stopped responding to calls and messages. STAY AWAY!!!!

I tried to upgrade my stereo system on my own and couldn’t get it working. Jesse got started right away diagnosing what was wrong and had it working in no time. He was able to add the back up camera easily as well. I had an old amp that he also tested to make sure it was working for a future sub.

Scammer alert!! ⚠️ I’m disappointed in myself that I didn’t read the reviews before I hired Jesse. I solely went based on the fact that it was a 4.1 stars and he was the only one that had availability in my timeline. The first red flag was that he doesn’t answer the phone, he only texts. He came and did a big install for me and something is wrong with each component. Lights, sound, stereo. In fact, my LED light bar fell off while I was driving after only about 3 miles. I texted him while I was stranded on the side of the road. I was not angry, things happen. He offered to come fix this along with another other issue today. He never showed up, he never called, he never texted and he doesn’t answer his phone. I am stuck home until I get this fixed, I cannot drive my vehicle. He took my $550 and ran. I requested a partial refund on Venmo so we shall see if he honors that. I will need that to get someone to complete his work. We had a ton of work for him and could have kept him busy for a long time with our connections. Too bad. I hope he does the right thing and fixes this or refunds me. I’ll update accordingly.

Had trouble getting my new aftermarket stereo and backup tailgate camera to function. Contacted Jesse and he was very straightforward with pricing model, job summary and services. Saved me lots of money compared to taking vehicle into local shops around TPC area. Would recommend to anyone as a fantastic mobile service

Found Jesse on the internet, and texted because he does mobile installation. Said he could do the job after I sent him info of my vehicle and Navigation head unit. We agreed to meet at 9:00 Thursday morning. He was late; texted me he would now come at 11:00AM. He finally shows up at 11:30AM. Said it would only take 2 -3 hours.3 hours went by and it was apparent he was not close to done. He was having trouble programming the unit with car. He finally says 6 hours later that he was done. Except...he needed to contact the company's tech support to get a bit more complete the task. He asked for short of what he quoted, and said he would be back to finish the job the next day. After he left, I noticed many things in my car were no longer working. I noticed the lights remained on in the dash, and I could not shut them off.I called him, texted him, but he would not respond. He was done, and it's a pattern with him. Check out some of the other comments. Same thing. He never responds in the comments to his "valued customers" about the circumstances of him leaving folks high and dry. Like a con man, he moves on to the next unaware victim.Now I have to not only get the system installed properly, but will probably have to have my auto's computer reprogrammed. If anyone is reading this, PLEASE DON'T USE THIS GUY. He comes across as a hardworking guy, but if he runs into a problem, you can bet your last dollar he has already made up his mind to abandon you and the project, collect a few dollars, AND NEVER CALL YOU BACK. And he doesn't care how messed up he leaves your car.I hope Karma catches up to him someday.

Do don’t go with this guy Jesse.He is scammer.He is just in the business on making quick $65 diagnosis earnings.He will come out when their is a problem to confirm the problem and tell you what he thinks the issue may be.He will say it’s needs a new stereo like he did to mine and recommend the parts and new stereo options but won’t answer your calls after you purchase the parts for him to come back to install at his cheap labor price he quotes.This is really upsetting because he puts on the image of a young nice trustworthy college student so well.Buyers beware.He also has no badge or id on him or company apparel that shows he is legit.Also he did not provide any receipt after work.That is a immediate red flag.

Was very impressed with response time, skill, and knowledge level of the staff. they guided me through the product decision making process assisted with the purchase of my new equipment and blew me away with the ease and convenience of the installation AT MY HOME!!!Ask for Jesse he was my guy and definitely knows his stuff..thanks again guys!

After doing a brief Google search, for someone to replace my defective head unit, near where I'm temporarily working, I found Jesse/Xplosive Audio. He quoted a very reasonable price & we set up a time to meet, within a few days. He completed the job, in a few short minutes &, when we learned that the unit wasn't a complete match, for my SUV, he agreed to figure out another solution. Because I was traveling out of town, the next day, I promised to call him, upon my return, so that he could try a different option, which I did, ~2 weeks ago... I have yet to hear from him. I've called, & texted, for the last 7 days, straight, & only get an auto-reply text, prompting me to leave contact & vehicle info (again). I'm disappointed & would like to get my original radio back & just be done with Jesse and this process.

We were on vacation, passing through San Antonio and arrived on a Mon and met with Jesse at our RV on Tues. After an hour and a half of lengthy discussions and planning, we sent Jesse off with $600 to purchase parts for the install. (And he left us with instructions of other parts to purchase, which we did, to the tune of another $569). We agreed for Jesse to begin the install on Fri afternoon as he already had other obligations until then. We reached out about 1:00pm on Fri to get an ETA from Jesse. He said he’d be there about 6pm. At around 5:15pm, he indicated he was behind schedule and he would just work a full day tomorrow (Sat) to do the install. On Sat morning around 9am, Jesse texted that he would arrive about Noon. That was the LAST TIME he said or texted anything to us. We had even extended our stay in San Antonio to allow him the time to get the task done and yet, we NEVER heard from him again. By Tues, despite not hearing from him, we finally told him he needed to bring us the parts he purchased with our $600 or bring the cash, and if not, we planned to report him. Still NOTHING.The funny thing is Jesse was super polite and seemed eager to work. And he states that his customers are his “#1 priority”. Yet, this is how he treats two retired veterans visiting his state and his business!! Truly disappointing. He may never learn from this, because petty theft is rarely prosecuted anymore, but WE have learned a lot! Thanks for affecting our trust in others Jesse. That’s on you.
