My first time here. The variety of shoes was good but to me the prices are the same as you would find them at any shoe store in the mall. The convenience of it not being inside a mall was probably the only plus side. There's not much help on the floor. I didn't buy anything but my friend did. The customer service was helpful when I asked about shoe cleaners they had available. I don't think I would come back though.

The shoe store has very good options of shoes and prices. As well, they have great customer service where they will look at the back of their store or look up around san antonio area to see if any available stores have the shoes you've been looking for. Overall, 4.5/5

The one on SW Military is clean and the employees are helpful. The one on the west is closer to me but great service means a lot.
