I was made to pay for a service because the technician didn’t diagnose the problem accurately. The next time I came in they advised to fix the problem was covered under warranty. I had to ask for a refund for what I had already paid to diagnose the issue. I’ve been waiting on the refund since March of this year. I was told many times by multiple people they would send out the check but still have never received it. I finally just disputed it with my bank. Horrible experience and no follow through.

When you go to that garage to see a used and certified Kia car on Carfax and .. you wait and have to go to another garage Kia to see that same car, you wait again... At the end of the day, you spent all your time waiting for nothing since that car was.. in fact.. at the Service department for a battery issue! Good job, Kia!!! I well understand now why that car was a Great deal lol 8kmiles K5, 23kusd and battery issue whaouuuu!

Extremely happy with the experience we had buying this Kia Sportage from Ian F. We did a lot of prep ahead, had aleady driven the car several times locally, found the exact car and color and VIN, called ahead, and made sure everything was prepped ahead of time. Ian did a video walk around and showed us the car via sent video - which I have to say was unexpected and appreciated.
We drove a far distance to get there, met Ian, and my wife went for an extensive test drive - Ian was extremely detailed, explained every single button, switch, screen, everything - which was kind of a test, because we knew almost every one already - but we liked hearing it all again and he not only did he nail every one, he in fact expanded on what we already knew on some of them.
He was the perfect balance of interested, respectful, knowledgeable, and engaged - so much so that you could very much tell none of it was an act - it was just him.
With this car purchase, we've been to a NUMBER of car dealers, and talked to a number of sales people - many of them nice, some of them knowledgeable, some creepy, some even friendly - but it ended up being a very pleasant surprise to give our money to a dealership and a salesperson that was the very best of the bunch. It might not have ended up being the case, and it wouldn't have mattered, but it was better that it was.
We really like the Kia Sportage, and I don't know if my next car will be a Kia, but World Car and Ian will be my first call if it is.

Bought my first car here told the title was clean.A month later pain was chipping off my front bumper.Took it to a body shop the vehicle had been in a major accident and had very sloppy body work done.Dealer stated there inspection didn’t spot it nothing they could do no surprise.Going to keep telling all my family and friends to never come here.

I made a recent Kia Soul purchase here and was very pleased with my experience. My team of Ron, Elyan, and Priestly truly took care of me and were just great! I would definitely recommend this dealership.

My daughter has been there for a recall three times. Each time the dealer has no record of her appointment or the parts needed for the recall. They collected her information after each visit. She called to follow-up and again no record and now they tell her they don't know what parts they will need without looking at the car. Seriously? If your shopping for a car, try a dealer that knows what it's doing.

I would never recommend to anybody this dealership. Manager in sales like Trey unprofessional rude do not know how to handle situations. There are a lot of dealerships would do anything to earn your business. Shop around people.

Service department customer service sucks. Guy who I talked to, raspy voice, spoke to me like he really hated his job. Refused to answer any of my questions about a recall except "idk you have to bring it in" over and over and over. So frustrating.
