First time there and I was expecting them to be pushy like all the other dealerships I've dealt with in the past. They weren't pushy at all, so that was nice. They didn't leave me there for hours and hours getting quotes while we worked out a deal on my payments. I was also leasing for the first time, so I don't know if that had anything to do with it. Leslye was the person I talked to on the phone before I went there. She was very helpful and even delivered my car to me because it wasn't fully charged. However, she delivered it at 9:00 the next day. All in all, I'd say it was a good and easygoing experience.

When you go to that garage to see a used and certified Kia car on Carfax and .. you wait and have to go to another garage Kia to see that same car, you wait again... At the end of the day, you spent all your time waiting for nothing since that car was.. in fact.. at the Service department for a battery issue! Good job, Kia!!! I well understand now why that car was a Great deal lol 8kmiles K5, 23kusd and battery issue whaouuuu!

I literally shopped around for months both Kia and Non Kia dealerships but coming to this particular dealership changed everything. Every place I went to, I had more knowledge about the cars than the sales people and that was frustrating bc you’d think they’d know first hand about their product right? But from the get go, the knowledge that my salesperson JESSE had was above and beyond in both the vehicle perks and his patience was what sold me and I haven’t regretted my decision from the start. Thank you Jesse for setting my mind at ease and just because I purchased the car (almost a month ago) doesn’t mean that he still hasn’t continued to check in, that’s what sets him aside and it’s been my BEST car purchase yet, so thanks Jesse and pls if you’re visiting this dealership, ask for JESSE, you won’t regret it!!!!

During my sale I was offered 2 free oil changes as part of my deal. Just tried to get my 2nd free oil change and now am told that deal is not correct. Only the first is free and the 2nd is half off. Feels like a bait and switch. Be mindful of this if you get the same offer.
My experience here was amazing. My salesperson Giovanni was able to answer all my questions and was very accommodating. They made me feel at ease there and pretty much able to meet my needs and expectations. Even exceed them! Highly recommend Giovanni and his team!

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Gretchen was quite knowledgeable in explaining the problem and David (service manager) was also friendly and helped smooth the transition to getting my car back on the road! Thank you to the whole staff that played their part~

This was the first time in 40 yrs of buying a car that we had to wait for the car to arrive. It took 2.5 months which is less than normal for a 2022 Kia Telluride. Our salesmn kept us informed and answered our many questions. Glad we have our nice car now.

Bad service. I took my car in for a recall and they had my car in for three days. They did a good job texting unfortunately the left hand didn’t know what the right was doing. The Rep was checking me out and said they did not even look at the car and the part they were using for the recall was used on another car. So I waited 3 days no work done yet and no call back. Still waiting on a part for a factory recall. The Rep kept telling me the work was done but realized no work was done. Left not very happy.

Nice people but organization is lacking. Perhaps under staffed. I will only return for mandatory recalls or dealer only fixes.

Fast service . Alerted me to some things that need to be serviced. Checked me in and out faster than they ever have and gave me a complimentary car wash to boot.

Easily accessible. Receptionists in the front was friendly and helpful. Dealership was clean.
I was very impressed with Hector, one of the managers. He was extremely patient, polite, and professional.

This was a 60,000 mile service, so lots to cover. The car felt like new after and the time spent was as expected with someone checking in with me during the service. Very well pleased.
