We had engine difficulty with our 2016 Sonata. We took our vehicle to World Car Hyundai (WCH). The Sonata was still under the 10yr/100K warranty so all repair parts and labor were covered at no cost. WCH vehicle service department did a masterful job diagnosing and coordinating all parts and repairs. It took a little time getting through the process, but in the end Hyundai Motor Company and WCH stood by the 10yr./100K warranty. We even got a loaner until the engine was repaired and vehicle ready for pick up.

Took 4 months to have my recall fixed. No rental or anything. Went into labor without a car. They put the security stickers on crooked and broke the cover to my OBD and left it in the passenger seat.

I had 8am appointment, if you can do.
No wait time, got seen. At 8am.
Had a 45, 000 miles factory recommendation. For $129.00 done.
They did free multiple points check
Said that I needed complete brake
Rotors, brake flush, new pads. Said they can't turn Rotors cause hot spots
Must be replaced with new ones. ?
New air filter, radiator flush ?.
Needs new air-conditioned filter.
Go feger.

The most incompetent sales team I have ever dealt with. Drove from Austin to San Antonio to lease a new car. Car wasn't ready. Had to go in twice. Brand new car's hood was out of place. The main sales manager avoids talking to you, having the guys with no training or info deal with you. Promised to overnight my license plates when they came in. Now they are lost in regular mail and they refuse to resend with tracking number. Leasing a new car shouldn't be this stressful and slow.

My car was in need of an oil change, after moving to a new place, I had no idea where to find a dealership. After several weeks of searching, I found this deal ship, I had no appointment so I was told I would be fitted in as soon as possible. It happened and I was taken care of and I’m very pleased with the service I received.

Our sales representative Fred was wonderful and the entire experience of purchasing our new Hyundai was great. Went in for our 1st service on the vehicle and all employees in the service department we warm, friendly, professional and the service was completed in a timely manner.

I was greeted upon arrival. The shuttle took me home, later in the day I was provided an update that my vehicle would be ready in the morning for pickup. I did pay for an Uber to go in the next day to pickup my ride. I wish that they would have cleared out the maintenance alerts but I was able to figure it out on my own.

Horrible experience. It took a year for me to get all my recall parts started this last November. And I take my vehicle in.l was told same day would get it back, however I got it back Saturday. Which I kinda expected for a ton of recalls. One of the recalls for the air bags says it was completed but still same alarms going off as if it wasn't fixed. And was told would have to pay 185.00 to have them re look at it. Also my car was either vandalized or internally someone went through all my stuff and of course I had items missing and did report it and never heard back at all. The same rep that took my car and saw everything was clear internally brought it back to me with every thing dumped out of my compartments on the passenger seat. Horrible experience with this service center.

Maintenance was completed on my car. HOWEVER, the advisor allowed the wrong person to pay for my service and was about to deliver my car to the wrong person!! The other person even paid for my service!! They had to void the transaction. The advisor NEVER went over with me what was done on my car. This could have been avoided if the advisor would have simply went over the service performed with the person. It could have been a simply “Mrs. Wood today we completed the 52,500 service on your vehicle”. Right away hopefully her or that customer would have realized that the person was not Mrs. Wood.
