Rented from @Avis . Great price, helpful staff and very well located in relation to the airport terminal. I think it’s one of the best airports for car rental in terms of convenience.

Had an appointment to bring my car in for service. Arrived on time but was not helped by anyone til 30 min later. Dropped off car, so they were nice enough to take me home. Was told I would be kept informed of the status of my vehicle but was not. After about 6 hrs I eventually had to call, and then wait for a call back. I finally was told my car was ready 1hr before they closed, leaving me rushing to find a way to get there to get my car. I pull off and noticed my car still has the same issue I was told was fixed. Now I have to make another appointment (which with work and parenting idk when ill have time)and be without my vehicle again. Not a great experience ??
