I went to Woodforest Bank to reopen an account that had been closed and the customer care representative was not only professional but informative and very helpful. I've banked with other institutions before but Woodforest makes you feel as if though you are a person and not just a number. The representative Miss Anna did an outstanding job.

I work at this Walmart on Vance Jackson and I bank with Woodforest. The staff is super helpful if and when I ever have a question or issue. Very friendly, they speak English and Spanish, Ricardo who was the one who assisted me is super friendly and courteous, he explains clearly and helps you with your questions, he definitely does his job very well, he gave me confidence and ease in opening my account, I highly recommend him .
