Bank employee stated they did not handle money over a "40 dollar bill" and refused to change out the 50 dollar bill cash I had in my hand in front of them.

All the people who work at this location are friendly, helpful, and genuinely a joy go work with. They bend over backwards to help the depositor in any way they can. We like them so much that we even make sure they get a Christmas goody basket every year.

The tellers here at this branch for very fast and efficient while still being sociable. The branch is nice and clean and I feel like all my questions were answered perfectly.

Everyone who works here is so rude. I typically bank at the 1604/Culebra location where Jeff and his team are ready to serve their customers with smiles and great attitudes. But at this location, they all seem pretty annoyed even with me the easiest quickest simplest customer. The two females who work here stand around making dog faces .

Woodforest staff at Bandera provided me excellently great financial services. I was overwhelmed with the wealth of experience they had. My investments are safe in their hands. Robert is the Manager, great interpersonal skills. Communication was flawless. Knowledge of products on offer was explained both features and benefits. I think they are the worst bank around they like to hold your money when you deposit checks longer than any other bank would and they do have a friendly staff but they make appointments with you and then their never there that day for work the person is always off that day they put you through a lot of running around for your own money,they are too unprofessional for me.
