I lost my debit card. I even lost my wallet with my id and social but because I knew the lady that opened my bank account with me luckily God bless she was able to recognize me and help my replace my debit card the same day. Great team. Great service. Not a bad choice to bank with. If you're an adult that is trying in life.

April was amazing! She was very polite and welcoming to me. Took the time to make me a cup of coffee and even ask about my morning. It felt great to be treated so kindly. I am now a member of this bank. And she played a huge part in me signing up to be one. All banks need an April ! I can only hope WoodForest recognizes her talents and efforts in her position and compensate her fairly for them.Thank you April !

Hard to get your money out of your account. Tell you to call and make an appointment if you need any amount over $1500 and then they don't even answer the phone when you call. Every time its a pain in the butt to get your own money. One time I had to wait over 30 minutes bc the managers were all in a meeting. As soon as I am able I plan to switch to another bank
