This mall is terrible when it comes to maintaining its services. Only 1 working escalator in the mall. The elevator works when it wants too. They lock all the doors at 7pm how is someone I a wheelchair suppose to get out if they have to go to the other side of the mall cause of the elevator. There is always elderly people in the mall with cains how do u expect them to go up and down stairs in pain. The city of balconies heights has paid millions to buy a portion of the mall. Yet the mall it's self won't even spend money to fix the escalators. I bet they are waiting for the city to step in so the won't have to pay for it. Wonder what will happen if someone reports them

Only 1 restroom for this entire mall???I had to change my son one time, went there and even the cleaning lady saw I was with my baby there to change, the cabine with the changing table was probably out of order (probably just the toilet). Like I couldn't even just change my son real quick? She just said "no, no" Had to walk to target to change him. Escalators are always out.Electronic doors are always broken, you can push as much as you want, always not working, and for someone with a stroller it's really annoyingI know it's just like a community mall, but still...The only good thing there, every weekend there are vendors downstairs and they have cool stuff...the only good thing there

It is an old shopping center but clean and spacious. It has stores like Ross, Hobby Lobby and Target among others, as well as small markets with a variety of things. During the week there are fewer people. I found it very nice.It's an older shopping center, but no less nice. It is very spacious and clean. I really enjoyed walking and exploring its nooks and crannies and I even came across places like a skating rink. There are different small stores ranging from clothing repair to a store selling old video game consoles.I haven't been on the weekend, I imagine it must be a little more crowded. In any case, I really like it because it is outside the conventional shopping center and if you are in the area you can walk around this particular place for a while.

BEWARE! Cars get broken into left and right yet they refuse to fix the cameras after concerns have been voiced. They have “security” but they just sit in their office on their phones… so that’s zero help. They have no problem taking the time to do events and open businesses but the people who come here are not safe. Think twice before coming to events or doing business here.

The bathrooms have poop all over the floors it looks like they haven’t kept up with the cleaning. Overall looks very old mall very few boring looking stores all around. Very boring vibe all through in and out. I won’t be returning at all.

Not a lot going on. But the events held are very nice. I went there during the Otaku festival. It's also a decent location for the Pokemon Go players with two Gyms you can raid while staying indoors and out of the long summer heat.

Thousands of people hitting up the vendors, pizzas selling like crazy non available when I walked by soda machine empty mall was pretty busy downstairs but it was all good ?!

I enjoy going to this mall in weekends as they always have a variety of vendors and they generally have something interesting that they celebrate. I love the cos play events and the movie talent they promote. AR Entertainment provides a lot of fun.

So many vendors i got so many different items here its a free admission today and tomorrow.There is a arcade room for teenagers and it looks pretty awesome

It’s always a great time when I come here. I mostly come for video games and clothes and always come out with full hands, wouldn’t say it’s for everyone but it’s definitely for collectors and nerds.

Older mall but enjoyable!Very convenient that there’s a Ross and Burlington and a huge Hobby Lobby! Shoutout to GALACTIC Books, Movies, & More inside, owner was very nice and had unique creative stuff in her store! There’s a bunch of other unique cute little shops too

I mean I barely consider it a mall since there are so few big stores there. However, it’s a decent place for small businesses to start. I will say if you’re into anime or other geeky stuff this is a great place to go.

I was notified for walking the mall almost all the shots were closed.... All of the escalators pretty much are broken.... The area between Burlington and the optical place upstairs is pretty dark The lights are out.... The water fountains the four of them don't work.... I'm about to cook from the vending machine and it's out of date.... I told Monica soon as he's like well we don't own the machine.... I said that's what I said at the beginning can you tell whoever does oh well we never see them.... Well then you can tell the manager to tell whoever they need to tell... Except for voting I probably will never come back to this mall again

It was incredible seeing so many people enjoying the mall with such positive energy. We were here for a special event sponsored by Social Revolt and the place was packed with vendors offering special interest items related to movie genres as well as cosplay fans. We'll definitely go back for future events
