DO NOT COME HERE. Besides the aggressive, unprofessional, and irritable attitude, they also BROKE my phone! I needed my cracked screen to be replaced, but he opened my phone forcefully and damaged the inside. I now cannot open the Lock Screen and the phone is shutting off every 5 minutes. The workers concluded that it was "out of their control" and that they did not know how to fix it.

Bad service cheap parts then I go back to get screen fixed again cause it broke and they want to charge 90 dollars more. And then he gets upset cause i asked if screen was a cheap screen .I wouldn't recommend them to know one!

Was told it would take 30 minutes, every time I would come back to check on the status, they kept lying stating “15 more minutes, then 5 more minutes”, an hour and 40 minutes later my phone was “ready”. They handed me my phone with wet glue and they put my case on to prevent it from moving.End result: the back screen of my iPhone has one side that is risen up due to the glue, so if I drop it again I’m sure it would crack even more easily.Would not recommend this location.

Do not take her phone here to get repaired because they will break your phone worse than it was when you brought it here. They said they could repair my back glass in 30 minutes it took me three days in 5 1/2 hours and it still came out really bad and they broke my front screen while replacing the back and the replacement screen is horrible

Rarely do I ever give an establishment a bad review, but this place earned it. We took my gf's phone here to replace the screen. the 1st time they fixed it but broke the speaker on it. We took it back in just for them to tell us that the last person who fixed our phone physically cut (or broke) the speaker. They said they could take it overnight to be fixed but that we would have to pick it up at an entirely different location?!?!? Nearly 30 minutes further than the store right next to our place. We agreed and headed back the next day to pick it up. Upon arrival they told us that they fixed the phone but that they had broken EVERY DAM button...SERIOOUSLY?! One of the workers told us that she had checked our apple warranty and that Apple would fix it for free. Being that they "couldn't fic it" we drove to an entirely different mall with an apple store and they informed us that we DID NOT IN FACT HAVE AN APPLE WARRANTY and that it would cost $600 to fix all the broken buttons.....So not only did they damage our phone AGAIN, we were misinformed and they tried to tell us "they can't do anything". BS! I then had to inform them that I would be motioning for a petition with small claims court if they didn't either fix the phone or cough up the $600 to get it properly fixed. And so "miraculously" the owner COULD IN FACT fix it. What a waste of money for terrible work and service. Go somewhere else. To fix a cracked screen they broke 4 buttons, a speaker, made us drive 4 times to this location 30min away because they were inept in their work and delayed righting their wrongs. Never returning.

Came to get my phone fixed and the service was excellent! I waited 10 mins for my phone to be done and the employee also gave me a free screen protector! The prices are very reasonable and they are friendly! I will definitely be back for a case.

Went for a case and screen protector, they were helpful and very nice! Alexis helped me with finding a case and she also gave me a great deal on a screen protector too. She was very helpful. Will be going back to her more cases.

Save your self the headache!!! I took my sons iPad here to be fixed dropped it on a Saturday afternoon said come back at 5 will be ready. Showed up at 5 said it needed a certain part and would not be ready until next day at lunch we picked it up added a screen protector for 40 more dollars it was not placed right half of the protector was off the home button on the iPad was halfway under the glass & we were not able to use the home button! We called and explained we took it back to be corrected we went in Friday at 11 am as soon as the store opened and was told to be back in 2 hours when we arrived back they stated it was not ready they where still waiting on the manager at this point we are very upset we paid 200 for the iPad to be so messed up we had no option but to leave the iPad we were leaving on vacation and running late because we were waiting for the iPad the manager then called me which I explained we were leaving on vacation and the lady stated in the morning it would be ready in 2 hours he was placing blame on everyone but himself and even said that “ it was my problem I was going on vacation and needed the iPad not his” he was very very rude and arrogant he obviously is not appreciative of his customers!!!!!!!! I will never again give my business to them and I suggest y’all think twice before trusting them!
