Dakota provided most outstanding customer I have experienced in a long time. I am celebrating my bridal shower and the store was out of stock she offered to search online to find my size and have them mailed to my house. So i purchased two shoes I was beyond happy with her help and making my shopping experience worry free Thank you again for all your help I am wifey ready !

Great customer service!! Girls are super sweet and nice. We even got a coupon!!!!This is our to go store! They have beautiful dresses. Cuddles to the girls and management!

The short girl in the fitting room was extremely rude and told us what to do w/ our clothes and where to stand She should not be working here talking to people like that We complained to the guy cashier and he said he would tell upper management. Go elsewhere and spend your money!!!!!!

The cashiers at this location are forcing shoppers to provide an email address. They are stating that if you have any issues or do not like an item they will not allow returns if you do not provide your email address during your initial purchase. That is not the return policy listed online or on the receipt. How unprofessional to trick your customers into providing their personal information if they do not want to. I even asked to speak to a manager and the cashier ,Jasmine, advised me that she was in fact the manager and that the policy is correct. Unethical deceitful behavior. I will not be returning to this store.

This is the second time in 2 months I’ve had a bad experience. Both times I’ve liked a piece of clothing, the only size small is on the mannequin. I understand it is difficult to take things off a mannequin & for people to not buy it. Both times I asked, I had every intention of purchasing the item. The first instance, I went up to the register & asked if I could get the skirt from the mannequin. The cashier rolls her eyes, walks over, & before taking off the skirt she yells across the store to me & says “are you even gonna buy this before I take it off?” Same thing happened today, only size small of the top was on a mannequin. I politely asked the girl if I could get the top or if there was another small in the back because I already looked through the racks. She proceeds to look through the rack, & gives me an extra small. She refused to take it off the mannequin & told me “well here’s an extra small just try it on,” after I looked at her & told her there’s no way I’m going to fit an extra small. I tried it on, didn’t fit of course, & left the store because I didn’t even want to give them my business.

Last minute dress shopping and sizing, thankfully Anyssa was very kind, quick, and knowledgeable about the merch she was able to help us make any decision for our homecoming dresses. Thank you again!

Hardly any selection in the dress department. The value of some of the items looked distressed too. The service was off as well, nobody greeted us or asked if we needed help finding an item. Might want to update the Windsor website, some items online said they were there in store, but that was completely false. All in all, I was disappointed.

Took my daughter to find a homecoming dress and had a wonderful experience! The ladies who work there were extremely helpful and even gave their input for her final decision on the perfect dress. We will definitely be back!

I went there today (North Star) and the woman who appeared to be the manager is incredibly rude. While she was opening the store I waited to let her finish, then I smiled and said “Good morning” because I like to greet people especially in retail. She looked at me rolling her eyes and rudely said “ um you can just go around me, the door is right there” ….. It literally made me not want to buy anything and I just ordered online instead. I noticed several people have left negative reviews about her. You should really address it since it’s obviously a trend. The rest of the staff was friendly.

Givionni, the store manger was very rude and dismissive. Would not assist me or my mother with looking up a dress item number. Being a military family, we did not appreciate the lack of customer service we received from the store manger and associates. I would not recommend this store.
