“This is the best mechanic facility I have ever encountered. Being a female, I have learned to fix my vehicles on my own, when I finally began to go to a mechanic; I came across some that told me the problem was something that made no sense or "fixed" the issue only to "find" something else which didn't need to be fixed.
A&L took the time to check my car thoroughly found the problem with constant communication and earnestly. Knowing I needed my car back to meet deadlines, my ac was blowing hot on one side. (They gave it back so I could meet my obligations) with cold air but let me know it still needed proper parts. Luddie & Malcolm checked with me first before they moved forward. I had cold air again.
Most mechanics would have stopped there, but A&L completed my AC and sincerely did a great and job.

This shop helped me out when I was in a bind. My girl had a blow out after she didn't listen to me and drove behind the Taco Bell on marbach after bring told several times not to do so due to pot holes and what not. They didn't take advantage of my situation and gave me fair pricing so i ended up Buying four new tires. There's a reason why i've come back to the shop four times now for my tire and wheels needs.

“6/26/24 new review: went in for a flat tire and was told they had to replace tire as it wasn't repairable (thankfully I had the certs so it only cost me a new cert for tire) and it was going to be about 2 hours for wait & completion. The guys were on top of it today because they had me in and out within an hour instead of two. Only issue I had was a slight miscommunication (they almost changed out my full size spare instead) but it was caught in time so no worries. Once again, I had a wonderful and quick experience with discount tire and will continue taking car for any tire issues to them. Thanks again discount tire team for taking care of me and my car in a friemdly and quick manner!

Have been going here for years and have always had wonderful service. Staff is friendly and very helpful. I rarely have had to make an appointment and I am usually in and out within an hour or less. Today was no exception, had a nail in my tire and my full size spare was low on air. They repaired tired for free and checked /aired all tires including spare. I was in and out in just under 30 mins. Two years ago when I had to replace a couple tires, again no appointment and was out in just under an hour. They really do strive to get you in and out quickly with whatever needs to be done. Love this location especially and my entire family goes here and I always recommend them to friends and anyone else who needs help with tires.”
“went to a lot of muffler shops in the west side all of them said buisness open but were closed when i went to check in person and or didn’t answer their phones / this place was super busy but got me in n out in 30mins got my muffler welded here highly recommend”

“Went in tonight to upgrade the tires on my trailer. There was a lot going on but between Robert, Jakob, and Paxton they took great care of me. I'm not really a fan of corporate locations like this but when I do have to use them Jakob always takes great care of us. Even today he was working with me great on the phone before he knew it was a repeat customer. He found the tires I needed at other locations and got them to this location within a couple hours.”

“One of the great things about doing business with Discount Tire is that your warranty is good at any location. I know zero about cars, just that it drives or doesn't. Thankfully I have people like Discount Tire that can look after my car even when I am out of town. When I was driving through San Antonio from Dallas I noticed that my car didn't seem to be driving correctly, so I stopped in to this location for some peace of mind that it was safe to drive. It turned out that one of my tires had a serious issue, and they were not only able to quickly resolve the issue, they were courteous, very forthcoming by showing me the issue, and actually had me back on the road an hour faster than anticipated. That is customer service! On a 100 degree day, the cold water in the fridge was also a nice touch. Thanks so much for your help and speedy service!”
