One of the most unpleasant "gentleman" I've ever dealt with. Condescending, paranoid, retired ex-cop with an utter disdain for the general public. If you enjoy being spoken to like you're getting a speeding ticket, give him a call. Good luck getting through though because he won't answer his phone.

Bad customer service. I have called on atleast 6 different occasions trying to get information and not once have they answered the phone.
