Wow. A jeweler who actually replaces batteries in watches. This is a great service to me because I’m tired of ordering the wrong battery and the wrong device to turn the back of the watch to open. I highly recommend

You occasionally find a business that conducts themselves in such a manner that you wish could be replicated. Not only are these gentlemen polite and courteous but they do their job with pride, a smile and a handshake. The fact their prices are so reasonable is the icing on the cake. Kudos!

These people suck I gave them something to engrave a simple Zippo lighter all they did was scratch it up. It took them two days to do that.

This location does an amazing job on repairing jewelry I brought in my wedding band that was cracked and also out of shape. They managed to repair it and when I picked it up I couldn't even tell it was worked on. I also brought in my daughter's necklace that had a busted link and a link on the necklace itself. Their work is top quality I will continue to bring my jewelry here to them and the cost is reasonable. THANK YOU AGAIN!!

Wow! West Avenue Jewelers solved a problem that’s been bugging me more than a zillion skeetoes.
I own a Marathon watch and needed a Marathon bracelet installed. Very time screws that are LocTite in place are the difficulty.
Three big mall jewelers said they could do it. None had the proper tools. In fact none even owned a basic spring bar tool. They tried to force it and thankfully the watch is stronger than those horribly incompetent people.
Fernando at West Avenue Jewelers solved the problem for $10.
Definitely trust these folks. They are absolutely wonderful.

took my engagement ring in to be resized about 2 sizes down, was greeted with super kind men and had my ring ready in about an hour!!!! and superrrr and i mean SUPER affordable!! 10/10 will be taking any jewelry to them in the future!!!

I was very impressed with the repairs I had done. The jeweler’s many years of experience shows in his skill and professionalism. The Tiffany bracelet chain was repaired to my exact order and a custom made bail was created for pendant. Very pleased with next day pick up as well.
