This bank offers the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The waiting times are beyond unreasonable, often stretching into hours for even the simplest inquiries. The staff is shockingly unprofessional and unmotivated, displaying a level of laziness that is both frustrating and unacceptable. Avoid this institution at all costs if you value your time and sanity.

So I visited this particular location to make a deposit and only had two employees working, it took forever. In my opinion this is a problem across the majority of locations of Wells Fargo. There’s a reason why they’re less than 3 stars

Bankers are never there, anytime I try to get anything done they can’t assist. Don’t bank with WF or especially don’t waste your time at this location.

Walked in to pay off an auto loan. Stood there for 10 min before any of the three employees even acknowledged my presence. Person who helped was apparently in the restroom. She wasn’t friendly at all, gave me bad information on how to payoff my loan, and called to verify funds on a cashiers check that I had to go to a competing bank to get because her poor guidance. This location is good for deposits and withdrawals, nothing more. I used to work for WF and even helped open this branch 20 yrs ago. Sad to see how the service has declined.

No service here. No one to talk to about your account unless reserve apt 2 weeks out and only one teller. Had to call customer service line and told to go to bank. Closing huge savings avvoun asap

Don’t even think about going to this location if you need any assistance, other than depositing or withdrawing your money. Because they will have one solution for all your questions ( call our helpline number)Any yes their banker is on lunch all day long, no matter what time of the day you visit this location at.

Waited in line for 30 min only to be told that a banker was not available by the manager on duty. States they are in the process of hiring and " JUST SO I KNOW" a banker needs to handle my transaction. This is the only location open in this area. Always run into issues with this bank but this tops the cake. Never felt more unwelcome in a place of business before. Thanks to Ariel horrible experience.

5 stars for the tellers of this bank and 1 star for Wells Fargo for understaffing this branch. I come in often and a couple of weeks ago, there were only two people working at this bank. Wells Fargo needs to hire more tellers so the tellers that are working here are not overworked as they are now. The staff here are very friendly and will help you with your banking needs.
