I'm tired of this bankThey charge fee for everything you do but to have bankers at the branch it is to much to askI can't make an appointment for something I did not anticipate sometime business owner need quick responseWells Fargo you making Billiards of dollar two more bankers at each brench won't kill you, but definitely give a better customer service.

I don't know what all the negative reviews are coming from . I never had a problem here. I work at Phenix Hair Suites .. I have a lot of clients that work here and they are the nicest people. They always greet you with a warm smile.

This is a pretty good branch with quality service. Unfortunately, they closed down a few of the other local branches and even after that you have to go to certain ones if you additional services. I would recommend calling for an appointment for anything other than basic services or you could be there awhile. This branch also does foreign currency exchange if you're traveling.

Just moved here from Canada and went to this branch because it was the closest to my new residence. I do not know the USA banking system. The teller could not have been more unhelpful. The bank was not busy and I was the only customer in the bank at the time. Two other ladies were also standing nearby just listening. Customer Service at this branch gets a 0 from me. I will take my business to another bank other than Wells Fargo!

Great customer service! Al, the branch manager took care of us and we had a great experience. That hasn't always been the case with Wells Fargo, but this location by far has been the best one I have been to San Antonio! Thanks for giving us great service.

On 2 separate occasions this has happened. I come in, no greeting staff is having casual conversations for about 5 minutes while I wait to be helped. Another customer arrives and they magically notice that people are waiting. Literally went to help them first but the customer told them I was waiting first. 2nd time, they have me waiting even longer and only care to help when other customers start coming in.
