One teller taking care of three different lanes is unexpected. This doesn’t include multiple transactions of one customer. While other employees are walking behind teller. Average wait time with one customer ahead of you is 20 to 30 minutes (wait).

5 Customers ahead of me, waited 26 minutes on 2 tellers working, normally go to Millitary Branch (had always been great for me) 2 days ago just learned it was closed and needed to find another location, here at Potranco and 1604 is understaffed for the amount of customers also, in and out parking lot to get back to Potranco Rd is not easy, 2 stars as staff helped me with no problems.

Helpful attentive staff. I came on Saturday and waited a bit longer than I'd like but I could tell the people ahead of me were dealing with more complex transactions besides simple withdrawals/ deposits.

Worst branch in San Antonio. Over 30 minute wait for drive thru. Inexperienced people working here. Save yourself time and the hassle and take your business elsewhere.

Rodney Taylor saved our closing on property. Had an issue depositing funds on time and he fixed it. So thankful for his help. Wonderful customer service!

Unfortunately I couldn’t see the name of the teller and the other lady that was attending us! Very unprofessional and talking with attitude to the customers!!!! Worse customer service ever! They have your money and think they treat you like they want!

I want to say that this Wells Fargo Bank is an amazing experience. I got to meet with Anna Garcia and she's been the best help for opening my new account. I highly suggest that you ask for her and I believe that she'll make anything happen for you because she did that for me.

This branch discriminated against me because of my medical disability. Super embarrassing and frustrating. It doesn't matter if I have two forms of identification I was refused service and wasn't explained why other than the system couldn't verify me. But I was advise to go to one on the other side of town... (They EILL help me?) Wow

I have been a Wells Fargo customer for 15 years, this is my branch and they have always treated me very well, every time I visit the staff takes care to answer all my questions and is attentive to always giving all the details. Thank you all for your customer service, which has always been good for me.
