Cheeselouis I didn't know if I was at Walmart or Wells Fargo just one or two employees working and 10 customers waiting in line was ridiculous, but despite everything, the 2 employees doing a good job for hanging in there! I'm glad I do not bank there

The drive thru is terrible, I go to make deposits for my business in the morning and while they have to personal lanes with no one in them the only have one commercial lane open ever and it’s always backed up every time without fail, some days I have to leave the line to be at my store in time to open even though I leave the store nearly an hour before open.

Specifically this location is absolute garbage. Absolutely no customer service what so ever. The lines are ALWAYS to the door and there hasn’t been a time where I don’t wait in line a minimum of 30 minutes. The tellers are arrogant and condescending. I’ve tried multiple times to make a complain in person (no use), called corporate and even emailed the address they reply to every one’s complaints here as well. No response.

I've banked with Wells Fargo for about 11 years. I stay on Marbach, everytime I've been to this location its 30 to 45 minutes. I can't tell you how many times I've been here but I can tell you I've waited every single time. No urgency no help and the lines always to the door. I've never had a positive experience here ever. I would highly advise driving past this one in less you've got 30 to an hour to wait and be helped by someone who's probably frustrated cause there's no help. Honestly, just close this location down and make something else cause this place is just a headache. Hell, the reviews from a year have not been addressed. Do better Wells Fargo.

Courtesy does not equal speed - slowest bank in both inside and outside commercial lines
Probably quicker to drive to a farther distance Wells Fargo then this one . They need to rebrand to “ Slow is what we are “ No sense of urgency

I change everything. Hope everything improves . I remember one of lady assisted me as I need to go I waited maybe 20 minutes in line .. not the employee fault it’s just everyone busy ..lol plz just next times make document will someone at a desk not with a teller .Just making a comment consideration sorry if I was a jerk

This branch is amazing..they have the most polite and respectful team. I can withdraw money with no invasion of my personal business. No questions about why I get the denomination I get. Branch manager tellers and personal bankers go out of their way to please their customers..thanks team

Every time I come here it takes an insanely inconvenient amount of time to do anything. Doesn't help that most of the staff is in the back room laughing and cutting it up while there's 6 people in line. 7 teller windows and one teller working while two other females just walk laps around the bank. Absolutely ridiculous.

Staff was entirely uninterested in helping me with my banking needs. I am a current customer of 15 years. Tried calling 2 other branches and couldn't get to a person before the automated service auto hung up on me
