10 mins before closing time they allowed a white guy to enter the building, but did not do so for myself even though my mother was already waiting for me inside. I have to translate for her since she is hard of hearing and spanish speaker. This older worker was disrespectful, not empathetic, and refused to let me in due to “security” purposes. His name is Agapito Barajas. Being a customer for more than two decades (my mom has paid her house and cars with this bank), I did not think this was professional and their management clearly targets people of color. He made my mom who is 60 cry. This is her 3rd bad experience with this employee. Don’t go to this location. I will gladly be contacting the Branch Manager/supervisors as well.

I have good and bad experiences at this location, If I’m in luck and get atended by Selena she’s great and prompt, very professional and makes your experience smooth , But have had other employees that omg, just by the way they look at you and try to make a simple transaction like a puzzle

Arianna was rude. She refused to let me out of the line when she was taking more than 30 mins to help a costumer. I explained that I was late and could not be in line for more than 30 mins and needed to go back to work and was perfectly fine coming back at a later time to do my bank work but she felt offended and refused to let me out of the line. Should be fired.

Agapito Barajas was not welcoming or helpful with us when we were intending to open an account. We weren’t aware of how the process worked, and he didn’t make it easy for us. When we asked if he spoke Spanish he replied don’t you see what my name is and what it says on my desk. Very rude and unprofessional. We will be going to another location.

Terrible location, I try calling to open a BUISNESS account at least 4 times a day to check the needed paperwork and NO ONE answers. Not sure why; I know for a fact there’s no logical explanation as to why this is but I’m fed up with it and will be reporting it to the hyper ups. VERY NEGLIGENT and I expected better.

One of the slowest locations I have been to. I was first in line and needed a simple withdrawal and no one was able to help me at the desk within my 30 min lunch break. Very unfortunate.

The worse bank, I only come here because of my work to make deposits. I would never bank with them personally. I came here one day at around 2:30 pm and the drive thru was closed. Another time I waited over an hour in the commercial line. Horrible!!!

The bankers have no idea on what they are doing the wasted almost 2 hours and he could help meI need it to cancel a cashier check the banker send me to talk to the teller I waited 25 min in line for the bank teller the lady told me i need it to talk to the banker, I waited another 40min for the banker, then he told me to go back on Tuesday cause he was busy , while I was waiting someone else walk in and he took care of them without having an appointment. The other banker was just there listening didn’t offer to help.Worse costumer service from their bankersI been going to the Potranco locationFor years never had a bad experience but this location is horrible
