I had an Excellent experience at Wells Fargo off Bandera rd. The staff was amazing, the manager Mr. Perez was extremely helpful. Butch, Danielle and Ruben were courteous and helpful
We has gone to a bigger branch, and I was told to Open our account on line. Didn't even try to see when the had an opening fir an appointment. But I am glad we met great people at WF off Bandera. Thank you!!!

I come to the bank every day to make deposits for a company. Every day it takes forever just to do a deposit in the drive-through. Sitting in the drive-through over 20 minutes just to do a simple deposit. They have one person working the window and it takes them forever. Y’all need to do better!

I’ve been here an hour trying to get a cashiers check to transfer my employers 401k. I’ve provided three different forms of ID, and now am having to wait for the manager to “call it in”. All to get MY money from the bank. I opened my account three weeks ago and it has been a PITA every step of the way. On top of it all, they have one teller working the front, one teller working drive through, and a supervisor and assistant manager doing nothing while an average of 6 people are waiting in line. First thing I’m doing when I get back home is opening an account somewhere else.

I thought banks are suppose to retire old beat up bills. Monica (who needs to change her attitude) refused to accept a dollar bill because it was to beat up for the machine to accept. I take deposits all the time and never have any issues unless I get her. She seriously needs to go.

I was waiting for the bank to open. I was there just 5min before they open and one of the women said I had to move. And then they called the police on me. Absolutely disgusting and ridiculous. Horrible customer care. The women was rude and had a “I’m better then you” attitude.

They literally have one person on the counter who is being trained on a Friday. We have been waiting forever and the new person has an attitude, like I get it your stressed cause people are upset, but you need to learn to act professional and respectful. Currently 6 people in line for over 30 minutes

I have ALWAYS received nothing less than outstanding customer service every time I visit this location. The entire staff, as well as the Branch Manager, Al have consistently provided me and my entire family an exemplary, friendly and professional experience. Although this branch is relatively small, it effectively serves our community & beyond.

My Bank ....Personal and Business Helotes Branch is awesome!!! Corporate sold my Mortgage right before I could pay it off..... to Mr Cooper. They seem k so far. Mr Cooper is very responsive!!! Over all Well Fargo is about as good or better than most Banks around. Only Frost Bank beats them at this time....

They need to fix their freaking ATM machine and they only have one, clerks are not able to help besides with all the withdrawal fees they should've more than one ATM. instead of make you feel more comfortable you walk out upset ?
