I went in today to set up an account. Automatically it was a long wait to even speak to a representative. When someone finally came up to me, I was told that I had to make an appointment and that setting up a new account would take an hour. I have never seen any bank need to take an hour to set up a new account. I got the impression that the man speaking to me was discriminating due to my age. I understand I wasn’t taking out any big loans, but I would’ve appreciated some respect with opening this new account. Glad I took my business elsewhere.

The hours of this branch are terrible for those that work 8-5. The staff have always been wonderful and helpful but the hours are not.

There was one banker and one customer in the bank. There were 2 tellers. I just needed my profile created at the bank and I was told to try another branch or make an appointment. ?? People just don’t want to work.

BAD BANK!I have banked with WF for decades in several states.This Branch is the "very worse" and doesn't rate One Star.Cannot call in the message is because of Covic 19? ... Reallly?

The one star is only because I have to in order to write this review. I just went in to the branch to start an account and was told the banker was busy and to go try another branch with more bankers lolololol

This bank and all their branches could care less about customer service. Do yourself a favor a find a bank that wants your business. I will do everything in my power to let every person I know to bank somewhere else. Bad bank, bad business, bad customer service.

Vince was a lifesaver! I needed to wire some money and did not realize that since I was wiring a larger amount I would not be able to do it online. Vince was all booked up for the day, but let me know that there was a cancellation and saved the day! Thank you, Vince!

Practically closed to open new business accounts, the only person sitting there doesn't bother to do anything, just tells you that there is no place to hold a meeting for two weeks... the branch is lonelier than a desert. ..
