Worst wels Fargo in San Antonio. The line was out the door (literally 20+ people ahead of me) and they only had 2 tellers. To top it off, every customer they sat there yelling customer assistance constantly and not clearing the customers n
To top it off, I was told yesterday I needed a temporary ID since my ID was expired. I went online and printed it out, doing exactly what they told me I needed and brought in my expired ID and secondary proof like my debit card.
The old lady behind the counter refused to take my government issued temporary ID causing me to miss paying a bill.
I’m done wi th Wells Fargo after this

Terrible service, 20 minutes waiting for them to serve me and nothing and the employees calm down (just crazy) I was going to ask for information to open an account, you just think that with that attention I'm going to return to that bank and there are more clients that we'd be better off

Very very slow service.
Came in at 9 am. I didn't leave till 945
How is that possible.
This branch never has enough workers.
Or really slow .

Jen, banker, was dismissive and not willing to help. I Already had a bad phone call with customer service and decided to walk in. Yes, no appointment, but willing to wait. She made it a point to say “we close at 12”, which I knew. It was 1045ish. But due to Her lack of compassion and poor customer service, she made me feel bad and I left. I hope she finds a profession that fulfills her to smile.

If you use an IOLTA don't bank with Wells Fargo. They don't know how to handle it. It's hand holding every time you need to do a transaction.

I had an appointment, I arrived on time for my appointment.
They made me wait 40 minutes and when I asked if they could serve me now, they weren't even aware that I was still waiting.
And they told me if I could wait longer?
Why do they accept appointments if they don't attend them? .
