So Robert not only will go out of his way to grab your gun when the post office loses it, he will hold it for you as well. Robert is the go to guy for transfers, good service and down right friendly one on one service vs these large gun shops.

Small shop with a very knowledgeable and friendly owner. First time I came by, Robert was more than happy to just do a show and tell of what his store had to offer. I learned a whole lot in the process, both from him and the other guys in the store at the time. It had a great atmosphere. I came back and bought my first concealed carry from here, and I'll definitely be coming back again.

Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had! I’ve been to a lot of stores in the area and this by far is the best experience I’ve had over all! 10/10 wouldn’t recommend anyone else! If you see this and are considering to ship your product to his ffl just know Robert is a genuinely kind person and you won’t experience such a quick and easier experience anywhere else!

Robert has a very solid selection of some rarer firearms than you'd normally see, and I can certainly say that he's incredibly polite and cheerful to talk to.That aside, you're probably wondering why it's not a 5 star review and I really hate having to write this. My bad experiences are two-fold:My first was having my rifle's muzzle device swapped by the gunsmith in order to mount a suppressor, which you'd think would be simple enough. When I arrived to pick my rifle back up and tried mounting the suppressor, the entire muzzle device (with a torque spec of 20-30ftlb) started to move with it. To make things worse, he even told me that he torqued it and the rocksett just needs to cure when I asked, but I sincerely doubt my hands are strong enough to just back off a muzzle device that's properly torqued (which it wasn't) and it would've been liable to come loose while firing. It was such a simple thing to have checked and I'm surprised he couldn't recognize it was blatantly wrong.I also provided accuwashers to make sure the mount is all concentric. They're a type of shim that you only need 1 of to properly time a muzzle device, and it eliminates any tolerance stacking or folding that causes a crooked suppressor. When I looked at it, he had mounted 2 accuwashers and insisted that 1 wouldn't work. Not only was this not the case when I had to redo it myself, but I found an old used shim underneath the accuwashers which further defeats the point. The threads didn't look like they'd been cleaned whatsoever, and I had to clean rocksett off my barrel and handguard. I was nervous that the barrel threads themselves would've been destroyed but I was lucky. Had I known how comically tragic it would've been, I'd have just bought my own tools the first time.This leads me to my second issue. I was sending another rifle off to get cerakoted the same day I was getting the muzzle device swap done. The shipping itself went relatively fine, they boxed it up and we sent it off. Then when I went to pick my rifle back up, he pulled out a 4473 for me to fill out. To get this straight, I had to fill out a 4473 and do a background check (which he falsely labelled "Sale of firearm" to the FBI) on a rifle that I already own, after having come back from getting cerakoted. How can I be sold a firearm that I already bought? This completely contradicts 27 CFR 478.124(a) and 478.147 which state that a 4473 and background are not required when a firearm that is already owned by the customer and is sent out for repair or modification (such as cerakote) is returned. It's not being transferred, it's merely being returned to its rightful owner. I've entirely lost confidence in this shop and I believe future patrons should be aware.
