I am finally glad to see consistent faces in the office. It seemed like every time I went in the office before there was a new person! Looks like you all finally found the right team, as everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Although the apartments are hidden away, I think I have found a place to call home for a while due to the price, size in the apartments and personnel.

I have lived at Waters at Elm Creek for a few months already and it has turned out to be the perfect place for me, the neighbors are quiet, my maintenance requests are done in a timely manner, the property is pet friendly, the grounds are well kept, and my experience with management has been superb. I definitely would recommend this place to friends and family.

By far the best place I've stayed at in the past several years. SUPER friendly office staff. Huge apartments for the price and great location. Great service from the leasing agent Tiarra. Maintenance responds very fast to work orders. Five stars.

I just moved here from Washington State have been a resident at Waters at Elm Creek for 2 months. All I can say it I do not regret it. Tiara and Scott have been a huge help and have made the move in process coming from another state so stress free. I love how spacious my apartment is for the price I'm paying and I love my neighbors. I would recommend Waters to anybody if they asked me.

I'm really happy I chose to make Waters at Elm Creek my new home. The price I'm paying for my apartment is the best deal I found in the area. There are resident events atleast twice a month and you can tell the office staff really cares about the residents. Every time I walk into the office I'm met with a smile. I would recommend them to anybody.

Just moved in, loved my move in gift and extra details the staff added to it. The unit looked good, good price and great staff. Start of application to move in was very easy.

We just toured, Myra and Tiara were extremely friendly and welcoming. The property looks in great shape, we will be back we are looking for a 3 bedroom.

Love the staff, finally a stable staff and more events. Maintenance is always on top of everything. Buildings need some attention from ware and tear but overall great place to live

I love living here, but the roach problem has gotten so bad. I started submitting requests back in March and I kept getting told these things were getting addressed yet there are roaches all over my kitchen. The maintenance workers are so great here, so I’m not sure what’s happening. Really hoping it gets addressed soon, this is such a great place to stay.

Great maintenance workers! Very quick to work on an issue and very attentive to detail! Amazing office staff and grateful to have them to help me when I need it! Would recommend this residence for anyone who loves peace and quiet ❤️

I was a bit cautious of living here at first due to some people mentioning bug problems, but I've had no issues since I moved in!
It's quiet, affordable, surrounded by nature and the staff are friendly.
Definitely a hidden gem

It is my pleasure to write a review that would express my gratitude for how fortunate I am to live at Waters at Elm Creek Apartments. Here I feel safe bringing up my kids in these. I greatly appreciate Tiara, Myra and Scott For having many community events where I can meet and converse with my neighbors. I also appreciate their mindfulness of things nneed or want. The chairs they provided for the pool allows parents to relax and hangout with other parents while they watch their children in the pool. The calendar they create for us every month helps me stay on top of events and makes me aware of opportunities. It is because of management that I was able to apply for a scholarship being offered by the Affordable Housing Foundation because they sent multiple emails reminding and urging residents to apply. I decided to apply after receiving a second email and to my surprise I was rewarded 5,000 dollars for eight consecutive semesters! I'm so amazed at the benefits of living here! I have never lived in such a nice neighborhood and community that gives so much back to their residents. Henry and John work hard to maintain the upkeep of our apartments and they have a great attitude while doing so. I also like the respect they give in not just walking into my apartment, but they ask permission and allow me to set-up a time. They also setup and break down the community events. The security guard makes me feel even safer! I thank these community staff members for all that they do to make this apartment a home!
