The team arrived right on time, expertly handled all of our belongings with care, and displayed a level of professionalism that truly set them apart. They were efficient, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was placed exactly where we wanted it in our new home. This was our first big move and I can't say enough good things about the experience. Our driver, John Osborne, was an incredible professional and helped us in more ways than just getting our belongings safely from one state to another. He was always checking in to make sure we were comfortable with the process at all points along the way from the packing, to loading, transporting, unloading, and placing/assembling our possessions. Because he has been doing it for many years, he knew local crews to hire to do the jobs right - efficiently, safely, and courteously. He quickly built a great sense of trust that endured throughout. I would absolutely recommend the company and John to anyone wanting a safe and worry free move.

I am very pleased with Ward North American. All of the staff were great starting with Jaden who got the process going to Jennifer who kept in touch throughout to make sure everything was running smoothly. I have moved long distance so many times and Anthony was the best driver ever! Thank you Ward North American!

I honestly loved this company. The ladies that packed my home was so sweet and so careful. I just sat and watch the walking dead while they packed and it was nice to just relax while they took care of everything. The guys that loaded the truck were extremely efficient and got the job done quick while not being sloppy about it. They were all so sweet and didn’t give me creep vibes like most men do. I wish I could give them 100 stars.

Wonderful, prompt and respectful service! I recently had a relocation with promotion; the company I work for recommended WNA. I’m so glad they did. They were great with communication of loading, any mishaps, and drop off. Highly recommend! Also, keep in mind for any and all moving companies, they can not ALWAYS be in control of damages that may happen to your belongings. It is their job to make sure when their hands are on your property, to take great care of it, TRY their hardest to make sure it’s packed safely, and deliver it with respect. This company did just that! Thank you all for your services.

I have stuff in storage at one of their facilities. It was a split shipment. Household goods were shipped to one address in October. The goods in storage are to be shipped to another address. I had trouble getting shipping cost and scheduling information for the goods in storage, but that has since been rectified. This will be the 17 move for my wife and I. Most were corporate moves. Ward North America is as good or better than any move we have made.
