I work late. I got to this Walmart as fast as I could. I walked in thinking "good, I still got 20 minutes before they close." As I walked into the front doors, this old woman remarks "we close in 15 minutes." I didn't get a welcome or anything, she didn't even look at me, it's like she was looking through me. And I really didn't appreciate her attitude. I didn't say anything back to her, I just got what I came for and left. On my way out, people were coming in and she didn't say a thing to them. I hate to think that it's because I'm black and they were all white, I just couldn't help but notice that that was the only difference. Either way, my apologies if she was doing her job by telling me I only had 15 minutes to shop, but maybe Walmart could close earlier if you really don't want people coming in after a certain time.

Walked up to the outdoors counter for fishing license there were 4 employees just there interacting with one another oblivious to me standing there until finally one noticed me asked if I needed help long story short very poor customer service

This location continues to be ridiculous. They have a new section where you have to check out beauty items, which I can understand, but that means that if you want to buy a small bottle of nail polish remover or a bag of cotton balls you have to check out separately from all the rest of your items. You could walk right out the front door with a Yeti cooler or a box of Legos if you wanted to, but god forbid you leave that aisle with a bag of cotton balls.
