I went to Walmart to have two tires put on the technician was having issues on trying to take off the Lugnuts. I offered to let them use my tool, , and they said they couldn’t So and then I ask if I can go go home and remove the tires and they said yes I said will you put the balancing and roadside assistance on them? They said yes went home took them off. Bottom back paid for them came home and noticed that roadside assistance was not on the Receipt went the next day. They told me since they did not mounted the tires on the vehicle. I could not put roadside assistance on then I asked why did the guy tell me I could They said because he’s new and I was well so then back-and-forth back-and-forth. They gave me $100 gift card instead of letting me pay $20 to have roadside assistance on the vehicle for the tires customer service on the 11th on call back on the 13th got a reference Reference number was no good call back on the 20th Walmart called me. Wasn’t home on the 22nd. Call back on the 24th call back the 27th still has not been Walmart has not resolved the issue. They told me today that they have been Trying to call me I have not received a phone call from them. They told me today they were going to escalate. The request we see is just crazy. I could’ve paid $20 for two tires for roadside assistance and the problem would’ve been OK but no.

I recently went in for a repair on my mom’s eyeglasses. Robert took excellent care of not only the repair (frame attachment was missing the two screws), but also found a missing nose pad that he was able to attach. She’s been without this and the glasses haven’t been sitting perfectly. Now they let sit perfect on her nose. I highly recommend their services for eye wear.
