SPRING BRANCH WALMART City of Bulverde Police Dept has been arresting customers for being parked in front of the store, illegally searched, imprisoned.
I have a good friend that was parked in that loading zone out front of the store waiting for a walmart employee to bring out large merchandise. City of Bulverde police officers pulled up, blocked him in, and asked for his drivers license. When he quoted a no probable case law on private property, they jerked him out of the car and arrested him. Hes a Father of three and a local business owner and a fire fighter.
Walmart never called the authorities, no crime was committed.
I thought walmart was considered private property? Do they have a contract with bulverde police dept.?
Is walmart and the local authorities over stepping there boundaries and above the law? Or does the City have a problem educating there officers on what they can and cant do?
The local newsmedia will be running the story in the weeks to come.
Just thought the residents of this community should know.
Just the lawsuit of an illegal search and seizure adding false imprisonment could bankrupt a City this size if brought into federal court. City of Bulverde is not insured to fight a case on the federal level.

Walmart Auto center manager is a VERY BIG LAIR AND A DISGUSTING HUMAN BEING!
He broke my car oil measurement stick and all he could was it wasn't me that broke it. And guess what guys, he was the only who touched my car, so how dare he deny this? He is not even sorry for what he did to my car!

Stop by today at Walmart I have the best customer service ever. His name is Robert. The time is 6:01 so hopefully the manager can see this. It was the best customer service I ever had. He was so patient and so kind. I wish I knew his last name, that’s such a big impact. He did great human being.
