Still issues between calling for an item, being told over the phone " yes we have ( insert number) of those items in stock in our store", only to find out IN the store, " oh no, THAT item, ( those items), are available ONLINE ONLY"
It's definitely difficult and waste of time, especially in summer heat, for someone who rides a bus or have to transfer busses just to get there

Straight up worst customer service ever. I went to pick up 2 photos from 1hr photo 8 hrs after the I were ordered. The Lady in electronics said, "I'll be over there in a second." So after walk over to remind her 3 times and 45 mins later she finally comes over and asks me the name 3 times, shuffles through 3 bins of photos about 15 loose packages that are sparsly spread out on printer area. Ask what time we're they dropped off at. Said since 10am 8hrs ago. Responds with "O they aren't ready the printers down you'll have to wait till tomorrow." I streamed the entire wait.

Very poor delivery. Ordered item thru app indicating it is available. Item not delivered. Bogus reason given for order being cancelled.

If I could give a 0 I would!! I have been trying to call to get a manager on the phone and I keep getting pit on hold and hung up on! I ask for a manager because no one seems to want to help or listen! I purchased a canopy 2 days ago when we opened the box one of the leg was broken! All I need to know is I can exchange it since I didn’t purchase protection plan!! Why do they hire people that don’t care to work or help! Or that are clueless!

This is probably the biggest Walmart in San Antonio. Their bakery section is so huge with items not available at other Walmarts.

I have just found out that a Walmart in Arkansas has done fraud of my EBT food money...the only one I have used is at Roosevelt and military drive. So some corporate office employee is taking food out of my children's mouth. I will not be using Walmarts anymore due to the fraudulent actions of your corporate office. If you use this one be aware someone is taking our info and leaving families with no way to feed them. I wish that I could give a -1 to your corporate office and I will be putting it on the one the Walmart that did.

Found everything I needed, but at paying I was asked did u scan your milk n potatoes. If u don't trust me then have cashiers to scan my items for me.
