I went for a basic oil change today. My appointment was for 7:00 AM. Doors to the shop did not open until 7:25 am. The employee who finally attended to me said there were no managers to open the doors. “The manager doesn’t like to work weekends “ He said oil change would take 30-45 minutes. They were done in about 15 minutes. No washer fluid, no air filter inspection. Oil residue spilled. I’m not even sure if they replaced oil filter. Employee said “we don’t do that stuff on the cheap lofer oil change.” Very disappointed in entire experience. Employees are only as good as trained by their manager. Lost my “cheap oil change” business.

Terrible delivery service. Made an order this morning with a reserved time of 8-10 AM. The store canceled on me for no reason. When I rescheduled the oder for a reserved time of 3-5 PM the same day, I now see that my order sits in "On the Way" status and it is now 6:40 PM. I'm glad I pay an annual premium just for this store to disregard any semblance of good customer service. Tried to cancel the order. No can do. Tried to call the store to speak to someone and phones ring incessantly. Stay clear of this store.

Not the best Walmart when it comes to customer service. Ive tried calling HR about 15 times and absolutely no answer, you actually have to go to the store and yet they still treat you very rude if I could put ZERO stars I would
