Employees were quick to assist me in directing me to the area of the item i was looking for, very polite and attentive. The self checkout was always wiped down after each use and employees wouldn't direct the next person to that checkout until it was wiped. Great job!!

I went in just for some shampoo and conditioner it was about 20 min till closing. Saw a cute top so decided to get it. Went to self checkout because of course it's the only thing open, long lines!! Went to checkout first item scanned leaned to put in the bag and it said I needed an associate. She came and put her number and a video popped up of me scanning the item and thought okay weird, but she walked away scanned the next item all good scanned the top and again I need the associate. She did her thing and again another video of me scanning the top and placing it in the bag, she then went ahead and searched my bag as though I was stealing. I was a bit offended and asked her why does keep doing that if I'm clearly scanning everything I've placed in the bag. She shrugged and I said I don't know and walked away! I 100% hate shopping at this particular Walmart!! So sad it's my neighborhood Walmart! Horrible employees there!!

Went to buy some spray paint and waited for assistance. There was another couple along with their little girl waiting also. Then here comes Lydia to assist. She started off w attitude. "Is that all you want from here?!" As if she was upset that she had to come help. She then combined two separate orders and demanded we go to the automotive dept. because they had the key..?! She placed my spray cans into the couple's basket. Complete strangers to us. Courteous. They were confused too. I was like, "Wait, we don't know them, we're not together, they're not ready to check out."..My husband grabs our paint cans from the basket and Lydia demands loudly, "Bring those back!"...Why? Explain please. Nothing. Long story short, she marched us all to the automotive department like school kids. Rang up our order and by this time her name badge was flipped..hmmmm, got your name the first time you were rude!... thanks alot Lydia. I hope your days get better ya grouch!

As a former Front End TA, HORRIBLE LOST CAUSE STORE TO WORK AT/SHOP at...Front End Richard talks so below of his workers ! Horrible management and does not care about his door hosts , Lunches and breaks are not always provided for walmart associates and workplace is hostile, making associates hard to have a long term employment, also doesn't work with your school schedule and only cares when associates are quitting than takes actions to resolve them, talked so poorly on team leads to where THIS WALMART closes GM aide due to low staff but makes this job impossible to work bare able. Coach Richard has been working for walmart his whole life and forgot what it is like to get paid 13$ an hr with 24/7 cut hours , SEAK HELP STORE 5145

This store seems to think they are exempt from ever answering their telephone. I called many times in the duration of two days and the phone rang continuously without an answer. I was trying to cancel an online order because the website to cx wasn't working correctly. I had to call their 800 number I found online and so thankful that an agent was more than happy to help me and very courteous. I will be calling the other 800 number tomorrow to give my complaint on this store not caring to answer phones.

I went to get a splenectomy I was unable to get at CVS. A young man assisted me and found a supplement at a good quantity and price. At the check out I could not see an open station so I walked up to one where two clerks were having a personal conversation. I asked if I could use the checkout and wax told by one of the girls that she was using it. I looked around and found another station and used it. I had stood at the entrance of the self check watching employees walk around with no assistance offered. I walk with a white cane snd many of the workers recognize me and know I just need to be directed to an open check stand.

For the third time I came to the Walmart in Vance Jackson to pick up an order that we had ordered online..And again we get the same result.We called the number on the parking lot sign for pick up and it goes straight to voicemail and the voicemail tells us that the voicemail box is full.I don't know how they expect people to pick up when no one picks up the number indicated on the parking spot number one and number two the voicemail box is full.So I'm just as previous occasion I had to come in go to the pick up location wait for them to process all the orders finally got serviced and the gentleman went off to go get My order.I'm still waiting it's been about 10 minutes.

I had my oil changed and they put in Pennsville (Piss Oil). My newly rebuilt engine was sooooo noisy. I was about 30 minutes away from the Vance Jackson Wal-Mart, so I called the Auto center to see if the would change my oil (of course for a labor fee) if I bought the oil and filter there. I wanted to go back to Shell Rotella Diesel Oil.The phone rang and rang and rang . . . No one answered! At least 15 minutes ....Afraid that the auto center was closed, I called the main store. It rang and rang and rang and .... traffic got heavy so I let it go on. Finally, after getting off the expressway at Vance Jackson, some guy answered! I said "Finally, your phone has been unanswered for twenty minutes and NOW I want to talk . . ."The ill-mannered, piss-poor customer "representative" hung up on meI got here and demanded a manager. A nice young lady labeled "Acc Mgr" came to talk to me, and I lodged my complaint. She apologized profusely but "I don't know who answered ..."Most Walmart *I* know would chew serious azz at the next employee meeting.Stuck waiting for an oil change, I checked out a few things * the RV "section" is abysmal. One four foot wide shelf area.* the rear if store restroom was disgusting. There was menstrual blood on the front of one toilet, another was not flushed, paper all over the floor, the sinks auto water did not work on two of three sinks, and the third was pretty temperamental about working.The Auto Center guys were nice enough - one got me a chair when I sat on his step stool.For God's Sake, Walmart, open the damn customer waiting room! I will not come back . . .UPDATE - They finally Moved my DIESEL truck up --- And I watched them move it FOUR times. Diesels have a "Wait" light so the fuel system can come up to pressure. THEY DID NOT WAIT FOR THE "WAIT" LIGHT TO CLEAR BEFORE STARTING!!!!Also, I said that all I wanted was the oil changed. My God, they started cleaning windows and such. FINALLY, Nick came back and I informed him of what they were doing. I also said that I wanted my truck as soon as the oil was done, and stop all that extra crap.
