Ana kept me informed thru all the process giving me sound advise and explaining the complex loan process so we could fill confident. It felt that I was dealing with a family member versed on the mortgage process rather than a stranger. Her attention to detail was excellent and she help me making decisions that will save us money for years to come. I was a pressure for us to have met her personally in our closing. Having to edit my review as it came out LATER that Erika left out the “per diem” portion of the “Cash To Win” scenario. I feel completely fooled and taken advantage of as it is over $10,000 that is taken out of my pocket that she chose not to disclose, even after I SPECIFICALLY asked her “There are NO other fees or “catches,” other than the 1.5%. I am EXTREMELY disappointed in how I have been treated.
