My parents purchased insurance thru this company, when a storm hit June 3rd ,2021, high winds & 10 inches of rain, their RV trailer had some water come into the trailer. Winds & rain mixed, who knows how the water got in. Regardless, it ran they the wall where the tv was & ruined the wall, tv & stero. After filing a claim, was denied & told because it didn’t happen suddenly, they can not cover it. Adjuster states they only cover if it happens suddenly; a tree hits it & makes a hole, suddenly water came in. This was rain & it happen suddenly in 2-3 hours. According to adjuster, 2-3 hours isn’t sudden.It’s a rip off avoid getting this insurance on RV, they state they cover, but do not.
