I came in to buy a couple of stuff, but really needed to use the bathroom first.
The bathroom had a code, so I asked the pharmacist if it was only for employees. She told me that someone else needed to open it. So she pages someone and I stood there forever waiting for someone to come. This employee passes me and went straight to the back! She looks right at me and doesn’t help me at all. She ignored me… Was the task too difficult or inconvenient for them? I just left without buying what I needed. This place has employees that don’t care and don’t like to help people. The first impression I will take with me to never come again to this location. Do not come here if your looks for good service beware.

I had 2 large photo calanders made at the Valley Hi Walgreens and they were printed on glossy paper. I asked the clerk if they could be printed on the matt paper because writing on a glossy paper would not work. The reply was "no," they always print the calanders on glossy paper. I am not happy with the results of these calanders. I Will never purchase from Walgreens again. I rate this product less then one star, but can't post without the star. If you plan to print calanders, be sure you don't plan to write on the calander.

Sign in the drive through pharmacy says "register down, please come inside." But she cashed me out on the register in the pharmacy. Makes no sense. They take days to refill a prescription. I don't understand why it takes them so long when cvs would refill literally minutes after requesting a refill. I only switched here because of insurance, but if it was up to me I wouldn't do business here.

Customer service is terrible. I was told I’d be called back to confirm they received my prescriptions, they didn’t call me back. I called got put on hold for 5 min and then they hang up on me. Call again, they answer after 3 minutes of hold, say prescriptions are now ready, AFTER hanging up with them-about 2 minutes later I receive the text that my prescriptions are ready. Don’t you care that people are sick and are depending on these medications? It has taken all day to get these medications. Do better Walgreens!

This Walgreens pharmacy at 502 new valley hi dr. San Antonio Texas is by far the worst pharmacy ever they are never open I have gone atleast 6 times and they are always closed please just send medication to the HEB across the street

I wish I could give negative star. This place has the worst customer service. I stopped using the pharmacy because they are always rude but recently my phone provider offered free photo prints from Walgreens. When the order was ready I went to get them and the girl was just so rude. She was short, seemed frustrated, and didn't really want to be there. She gets the package and just kinda tosses them on the counter then when she rings it up and they are free she just kinda makes a face and walks off. Every time I go thinking oh it's been awhile maybe it's gotten better.....it hasn't.

Idiots in pharmacy didn't give me my full medication, resulted in withdrawal. Whatever permit allows them to have a pharmacy should be withdrawn. Staff were also very rude and HUNG UP when I called to have the prescription transferred.
