We been come here for years . It’s Very rude and lack of customer service of employees. Instead of helping out to customers they gave us horrible attitude. I usually don’t give review on pharmacy but Walgreens need to have a meeting with all employees

This is absolutely the worst Walgreens I have ever been to. They are slow, rude and tend to ignore customers. The little girl pharmacy manager is the worst. Someone needs to teach her a lesson about customer service.

I have had a lot of problems with my prescriptions not being ready. My recent prescription was supposed to be ready at 5:45. It’s 7:43 and it still isn’t ready. I have strep throat and I feel terrible. She said it wasn’t ready and asked me to drive around and get back in line. I drove around and there are 4 cars ahead of me. The service is terrible.

Absolutely terrible experience with Pharmacy. Staff are rude, slow and don't care at all.Its always a line here just because they are extremely slow in processing orders.Definitely will stay away from this place.

Great for a quick snack trip. Nice and friendly faces at check-out. Only complaint is that sometimes the bags of chips are stale.Edit 5/22/23: Purchased a bag of nuts and berries covered in dark chocolate and decided to look at the bag's info. I found the best by date was NOVEMBER 2022. I love going here for quick snack trips, but i would appreciate purchasing food that is NOT past it's best buy date. Makes me wonder how often food is checked for freshness and quality at this location.....

This has got to be the slowest pharmacy on the planet . It’s ridiculous that they have no consideration for ones time. No sense of urgency extremely poor management 25mins plus in a drive thru and I still have not been helped. This isn’t the 1st time .

Came here for photos to renew my Canadian passport. Very appreciative of the staff's patience and effort for making sure the photos were correct. Thank you to the manager Ricardo and the lady working the front register (sorry I didn't get your name)!

I picked up a new medication last week and pharmacist called a week later to check on me! She was informative and provided valuable information about new medication. I sincerely appreciate the attentiveness. I asked questions and received answers.

Do not have your holiday cards printed at this location!! I have been using Walgreens for years to have photos printed or holiday cards and I have never experienced such indifference from a photo lab before. Ordered cards and address labels online. When I got there I barely had time to glance at them because so many people were in line behind me and I felt like I was being rushed out of there by the checkout person. I had never had any issues with other Walgreens locations so I paid and got back to my car to look at them. First thing I noticed was the very high-quality photo I had provided was slightly blurry. That wasn't the worst part. There appeared to be streaky lines running across ever single card. They looked horrible! Checked the address labels and one sheet was fine. The other one had smudge marks printed on them down the middle. And it was obvious that one of the staff just "hid" that damaged sheet behind the one that printed fine. Now, shame on me for not taking my time to check before paying. But my goodness, they actually boxed the cards and labels for pickup KNOWING that they looked like that. Completely unacceptable!! How can you knowingly sell something to someone that had been messed up or damaged during printing?? They did offer to reprint but said they couldn't guarantee that it wouldn't happen again. Huh??? Then why bother printing them?? Why bother having a photo lab at this location that doesn't even run properly?? I said I just wanted a full refund and the manager (who didn't give a flip) was able to just void my transaction. Ended up ordering through Vistaprint. Should have just done that in first place. Lesson learned. They need to do so much better at this location.

Pharmacy drive thru are lazy and not helpful. Telling me that they can’t fill my medication and to call the doctor if it can be compound. I asked the girl so you think cvs might be able too she stares and says no. I go to cvs with a little hope even after her comment and cvs is able to fill in no problem. This was at 9:45 am 9-10-22. Girl with glasses needs more training.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Pharmacy tech JADE is extremely rude and has a condescending tone with customers. I was there for a vaccine and she could not figure out how to input my insurance information. She asked another employee for help and she was busy, after that Jade got extremely flustered and rude. This is not the first time that she has had trouble figuring out my insurance information. I asked her to try it again or ask another staff member for help. She then got an extremely rude tone and said “there’s nothing I can do.” I left in tears because I really need this vaccine. My family and I will no longer give Walgreens our business and are making the move to CVS. If you need a helpful, friendly pharmacy, this is not the location for you.

This is the WORST pharmacy I have ever been to. The Drive Thru is a JOKE you will wait a minimum of 30 minutes in the line. It’s literally quicker to go inside and even then it’s slow. Use another pharmacy !!!!!

I’m sitting here currently waiting for one vaccine that has taken 30 min. After 20 min of waiting the pharmacy tech realized she didn’t give me a sheet to fill out. How long does it take to administer one vaccine?? If you don’t want to wait forever to get a shot don’t come to this Walgreens. There is no use in making an apt because it doesn’t even matter clearly.
