Poor, slow service in pharmacy. Rude pharmacists. Pharmacy closed hours before closing time because pharmacists are not on duty. Meds out of stock but when you call to complain, your prescription is filled next morning. Keeping certain meds to the side for more money, i.e. mounjaro

Let us set up a appointment but then our 12 year old boy could not do it because there was a rule that 14 year old kids can only have the vaccine even thow they had let us set up an appointment and did not look at the date we had put cause it said he was 12.

I changed insurance within the last 6 months and I had to switch from cvs to Walgreens which are right across the street from each other. I thought the cvs staff was nice enough but after encountering the Walgreens staff, the cvs staff seem to be saints by comparison. The staff here at Walgreens is always annoyed/impatient or rude and unhelpful. I feel like an inconvenience rather than a customer. I just got off the phone with them again and after pretty much the same rudeness multiple times, I have decided to take my business to another company altogether.

Tried to call them to see if a medication is in stock. The guy said "let me check" then I hear the hold music. The music for that call plays for 5 minutes, then it turns into the phone ringing constantly for several more minutes. So I decide to try to hang up and try to call again, thinking I got lost in the phone system somehow. this time no one answers after going through the whole automated system again, I hear a click sound and someone puts me on hold music, I hear another click after several minutes and new hold music is put on, after more minutes I hear another click of someone answering and then the ringing begins again. By this time it's been almost 30 minutes. It's a simple yes or no answer question. I evidentially hung up. Waste of my time and theirs.

Pharmacy: I drive past at least 4 different Walgreens locations on my way to this one. The pharmacy staff/ tech / pharmacist are so kind and friendly - I tried two other Walgreens prior to this one and almost went to CVS. So glad I gave this one a chance!

I recently visited this Walgreens location with the intention of getting a flu shot for my son. Upon entering, I noticed the store was surprisingly quiet, with no other customers in sight and the employees seemingly disengaged. Expecting a quick and easy process given the emptiness of the store, I inquired about getting a flu shot without an appointment. To my dismay, the staff informed me, rather curtly, that appointments were mandatory for vaccinations.I hoped for some assistance in scheduling an appointment then and there, considering the lack of customer traffic and the available staff. Unfortunately, my request was met with indifference, and the employees did not offer any help. Left to my own devices, I found available appointment slots through a quick online search. However, the initial interaction had already dampened my enthusiasm.In light of this experience, I've decided to take my business elsewhere in the future. While I understand the need for appointments, a little more customer service and willingness to assist could have made a significant difference, especially in a visibly quiet store.

I'll give this pharmacy location 2 stars and not 1 because their drive thru for medication pick-up is decent but god forbid you need to schedule an appointment to get a vaccine. Came in a week ago with a scheduled appointment for a vaccine and the "system was down" so I was kept waiting for almost an hour, all for the tech at the pharmacy desk to tell me I could continue to wait or reschedule. I unfortunately decide to return for literally just THE ONE vaccine with yet another scheduled appointment, and am kept waiting for close to an hour with zero communication regarding the wait. I've also witnessed during my dreaded wait that many people are kept waiting to pick up meds so, there's that. Will refuse to schedule my vaccines here again, just came for the sheer convenience but will certainly not let that make my decision in the future. Save your time and energy.

Worst place to fill your medication, they told me 15 min. And been waiting over an hour. And then they didn't bill the insurance correctly either. 100% not recommended if I could put 0 stars I would.

I use it due to its proximity, but it is definitely one of the lowest Walgreens I've been to.

This used to be my favorite pharmacy. But, I’m switching over to CVS. I called the pharmacy to see if my medication was ready for pick-up. There is a new 3 step process- customer service at a call center picks up, gets your information, then switches you to a “pharmacist”, which is another call center, who then will transfer you to your local Walgreens. However, the second customer service agent is incredibly rude. And, their new store set up is awful. On to better places

I have been coming here since they opened this side of town for vaccines, the pharmacist and Kris are always so very professional, helpful and very kind despite how VERY BUSY they are they are so pleasant!
