First I would like to say Tysm to the dedicated staff at Walgreens. I apologize to the woman that went beyond expectations of this pharmacy. I am not good with names. She was my angel 😇 in disguise. I was at my last and she was amazing. Got the medication that was so important. I can't not say Ty enough 😥😥😥 you have no idea what you did for me.

Great service! Super knowledgeable pharmacists and techs. Everyone I've ever encountered are really nice and helpful. I miss Jonah tho and hope he's doing well.

Pharmacy here is terrible. They say your prescription will be done at a certain time and then we you get there they say it’s gonna be 30 more minutes. Had to go 3 separate times before I could finally get my prescription because the other time they didn’t even have a pharmacist working.

I just want to Thank the staff a Walgreens on Rittiman rd. For Their hard work and service. I've have been going back and forth with insurances for months for a PRIOR Authorization for a Prescription to bring the cost down. Yesterday Tamika went above and Beyond to make it happen. What may seem small to some is huge to others. I am always treated with respect and they know me there. They treat me like a close Friend or The a Family member that you like. Lol. Thank YouTeam.

Don't waste your time on services from Any Walgreens...I Made appointment for Covid-19 testing at 345pm today...waited 15mins only to be told no test were available... I will never to to Walgreens for any services again! Got out early from work for nothing...Cashier recommended to got to HEB instead or clinic/ hospital

If I could give negative stars, I would. I should have known as a healthcare person myself, knowing Walgreens' reputation NOT to choose them as a pharmacy. I thought maybe since moving to TX, things could be different. WRONG!!! For over a year, I had my anxiety/sleep medication, which is a controlled substance, filled at CVS. I transfered to Walgreens because it was closer to my home. For 9 days and counting, I have waited for this medication to be filled....after twice being told it would be ready, waiting 30 minutes in line to pick it up, only to find out it was canceled, not once, but for a second time. The pharmacist had trouble getting it to go through because it was an out of State provider. So, she said she would call CVS to find out how they were able to fill it and give me a call back. I told her I would pay out of pocket, and she told me she could not even get it in the computer system to allow me to do that. WHAT?!?!? Your computer is blocking a prescription from an MD? Thats new to me. What if I were on vacation and ran out of my meds? This has happened to me and it was filled out of state, by CVS with no issues. Anyways, next day by lunch, I called and was told that it was on her list to do. I think my dead silence gave it away because she said she would call right then and call me back. No call back 4 hrs later. Imagine my state of mind at this point not having this medication. Not only have I not been able to sleep well, but my anxiety and depression is waaaaaay up! I just have nothing good to say about Walgreens as a healthcare person or as a customer. What if this had been a life saving med, would this have been different???? Of course, if you asked my husband, hed say his life is in danger. Seriously, though, now because of the time change from NC to TX, by the time my provider gets me a new prescription sent to CVS, I will be 11 days without this medication of I'm lucky! I will NEVER, EVER use Walgreens again and will warn all friends, family and patients to avoid them, as well. Walgreens is not, Not, NOT America's most trusted pharmacy, and you have seriously failed in upholding both your Mission and Vision Statements.

My doctor sent a prescription to this Walgreens on 9/11. I went to pick it up on 9/12 and 9/13. Both visits I was told I would have to wait 20 minutes. Why?!?!??! The employees at this pharmacy lazy and pitiful as hell!! I will not be having any more of my prescriptions sent to this Walgreens. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Im not a big fan of walgreens , i never go. But whenever i do its always clean, theres usually polite people working, rest rooms always clean, decent selection of needs and wants. Every single walgreens feels the same since childhood, they are, but the vibe doesn't seem to change from one side of town to another, or even town to town. I digress.
