DON’T GET YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE. Every time I go to this location they never seem to have my prescription ready. The last time I tried to get a refill on my medication, they kept saying it’ll be ready in an hour. I called them 3 days straight because the app said it was delayed. After the 3rd time I called, one of them told me they’re not authorized to refill it because my doctor is through telehealth?? Do yourself a favor and just get your medication at HEB. Prices here are way more expensive than HEB too.

the cashier lady, Dec 23rd 1230pm, was very patient with an old guy paying $250. I was next & she RUSHED. She dropped my bag (with drinks) & didnt even pick it up then said something about the receipt soooo quickly I literally only heard the word 'Digital' & she said thank you bye & proceeded to scan the next ladys items. LIKE HOLD ON THERE MISSY I literally JUST took my card out the machine!!2 stars because they had everything I needed and the guy stocking was kind and helpful.

I went to to send out a Western they have a kiosk machine that you can you use and it's quick and easy the staff was helpful and I was able to complete my Western Union very fast thank you for your help

Terrible customer service in the pharmacy. I have currently been on hold for 17 minutes and the only conversation I have received is the Nameless pharmacy worker who will pop in for a second and will just continually tell you to hold and not let you respond. Shameful work. No respect for the customer.Most likely inexperienced staff. Needs better management.

2 pharmacy employees & the pharmacist watched as 1 employee drowned helping the 3 people in line at the counter and several cars in the side thru line. Special kind of incompetence here

I don't usually post bad customer service, but on Monday evening (7pm) I picked up a prescription inside the store. The tech-helper was unpolite and really could use a course in good customer service.She came close to rolling her eyes at me when I asked her to repeat her question. She even got loud and slower. I'm in my 70's but that wasn't necessary. She was a slim redhead..early 20's

Came for covid/flu rapid testing and I was made to wait for 40+ minutes after arriving. They didn’t ask for my ID to verify me right away. I was going to pay for the service prior to receiving the test but was directed to go into their makeshift holding room, and told payment would be collected later. The holding room was dirty (how fluids got at the top of that wall that was about over 6 feet high, is a wonder)… it looked like someone left a cup of coffee or hot chocolate up there and it spilled. They never checked in on me. Out of respect for others, I remained in the holding room until I realized they likely forgot I was in the holding room. Then I promptly left. This experience makes this the worst Walgreens pharmacy I’ve ever been to.

They are always out of stock in the pharmacy department. I take a blood pressure medication and my son takes a medication for ADHD and they are always out of stock!!

The guy working at the storied denied to help saying it will take time i wana know how strict is the closing protocol of this wallsgreen he said iam closing twice i came to the other 24 hour wallsgreen the helpfull lady said i hate when the do that my wife had breathing issue we wanted this medicine soo bad for her but he himself at wallsgreen said he has 7 minutes to close but still denied to help and said go the the 24 hour’s wallsgreen i dont think soo they would follow the same policy if it was their family member needed the medicine and reached over there before closing he himself said there is seven minutes left i thought i would get the medicine and go home but had to drive 23 minutes to another location let me know if this is fair what if someone is really really in the need of that medicine this is not good at all

I was in the emergency all morning they gave me medicine to be picked up from that pharmacy that is supposed to be taken that same night. they told me 30 mins max around 2 pm and now it’s 9:07 pm and they are closed and they wouldn’t give it to me until tomorrow. If anything happens to me because I didn’t take my heart medications it would be this pharmacy fault. I regret going there on my first time.

Isabelle behind photo / pickups was absolutely brain dead when attempting to pick up an order here today. Had a quick question but needed to say it multiple times as she was so distracted by her phone and inattentive. Customer service here is a joke

Terrible customer spromise I don't know his name but the older manager was very rude very short and did not help us I have never had any issues at any other Walgreens depositing my check into my chime card but for some reason this man had a problem with me putting money into my card and denied me I don't appreciate this if this is the kind of service I can look forward to I don't think I'll be using Walgreens or chime in the future

I don't understand why this Walgreens has such a low rating. I have shopped before at this location and had a good experience. However, yesterday Melody in the pharmacy department completely won me over with her professionalism and kindness. I had an emergency and needed a particular, hard to find eye drop (Prolensa) to help with painful inflammation. Although her store was out of stock and knew I was in pain, she immediately took the time and located it at the next closest Walgreens. In this day and age where it is increasingly difficult to find people that actually will work for their paycheck, much less care for others, she proved to be a selfless individual and a solid asset to my community and Walgreens. She is the reason I will be ditching CVS, HEB and Walmart for my future pharmacy needs. If I could give her 10 / 10 stars, I would not hesitate. I hope management is listening.. Thanks to Melody, tonight my eye is good to go! Thank you Melody, and thank you Walgreens!
