I went to have photos printed and had the pleasure of having Jubilee assist me. She went above and beyond it was patient and kind with my mother and I. Whoever hired her needs a reward as they made an excellent choice in choosing her. Her name matched her personal personality and customer service.

Well organized at this location, my shopping list items were all available. One item was on 'sale' which helped. I was very pleased with the assistance I got from my cashier! Made for an excellent shooping trip!

I enjoy Walgreens for quick shopping. I like gaining points for shopping there. They have good sales on Sodas, dog snacks, and many other items. I must say that their over the counter medications are pricey for a drug store, HEB has lower prices for those items.

Searching for reading glasses. Last set I got was from Target, like 2 years ago. I wanted to find them again; but in a 1.75 strength. They only had a handful. Stopped at Walmart. They had a lot more; but none w/ metal temples...all plastic, which keep breaking on me.
Stopped here after washing my car and YES! They have a lot and ones with metal temples. Thank you.

I ordered 2 images from the photo center, & they were developed wonderfully. My complaint is the customer service I received while picking up my images. When I left, I left with this one thought:
"I'm so sorry I bothered you to do your job there Ms. Customer Representative... Next time I will order online & avoid the dirty looks... "
Is that the charge for in-store pickup, "bad customer service?"

Now Walgreens can’t fill prescriptions in their system because the store closes on 30 minutes.
Can’t check other stores for medications, because the other stores are closed.
Can’t return my call tomorrow because they’re short staffed, so I have to call and wait hours per usual.
Medication I need is on back order, no telling when it will arrive. Same med that was on back order a month ago.

DON’T GET YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE. Every time I go to this location they never seem to have my prescription ready. The last time I tried to get a refill on my medication, they kept saying it’ll be ready in an hour. I called them 3 days straight because the app said it was delayed. After the 3rd time I called, one of them told me they’re not authorized to refill it because my doctor is through telehealth?? Do yourself a favor and just get your medication at HEB. Prices here are way more expensive than HEB too.

the cashier lady, Dec 23rd 1230pm, was very patient with an old guy paying $250. I was next & she RUSHED. She dropped my bag (with drinks) & didnt even pick it up then said something about the receipt soooo quickly I literally only heard the word 'Digital' & she said thank you bye & proceeded to scan the next ladys items. LIKE HOLD ON THERE MISSY I literally JUST took my card out the machine!!2 stars because they had everything I needed and the guy stocking was kind and helpful.

I went to to send out a Western they have a kiosk machine that you can you use and it's quick and easy the staff was helpful and I was able to complete my Western Union very fast thank you for your help

Terrible customer service in the pharmacy. I have currently been on hold for 17 minutes and the only conversation I have received is the Nameless pharmacy worker who will pop in for a second and will just continually tell you to hold and not let you respond. Shameful work. No respect for the customer.Most likely inexperienced staff. Needs better management.
